Rating & Review Keseluruhan Tru by Hilton Baton Rouge Citiplace

Our stay was great and we were able to even check in early, which was nice because it was pouring down rain and we were unable to do the activity we had planned so we arrive two hours before check-in. When we got to our room, the room was propped open, which was a little alarming, but I guess they were still cleaning that floor and needed to add two more towels to our room. It’s located in a great spot right next to fiery crab. Thank you!

The property was in a great location. Clean room, comfortable beds. A good work out room.

No coffee in room is poor, hard to reach the bed reading light from the bed, breakfast was terrible. Worse than La Quinta

Very friendly staff, welcoming touches we haven't experience hardly ever. So nice we stayed in a TRU hotel in Amarillo on this same trip.

Easy parking easy access to building

The hotel room floors had a condensation issue and were unsafe & slippery! I had just gotten over a bad fall with ankle surgery & was slipping all over the floors. It was Dangerous! We were told by the maid that all the rooms were like that & the manager said they would reimburse us but Hotels.com needs to call them to give us a credit. We had to move to a different hotel for safety reasons.

Would stay again

Everything about this hotel was clean and neat we really enjoyed our time there but the rooms are really small and no microwave in the room and there were no closet

I was supposed to go to the other HILTON close to the convention center. So I just found different hotel.

The pool was green, I think it was the liner. Pools I usually see are blue.

Cannot sing this hotel and staff enough praise. It was clean, appealing, and comfortable. And again because it's so important to me- SO CLEAN. And the staff there were so welcoming and helpful and sweet. Breakfast was not that great, but everything else being so wonderful really made that not matter too much. Overall, would very highly recommend staying here!

It was one of those hotels where it feels damp. The floor was a little sticky, not from being dirty, but sticky like they mopped and the room didn't dry out. There is no drain on the floor in the bathroom, so the water will just sit in the bathroom unless you use a towel to dry it all up. Basically, dry off in the shower. Outside of that, staff was awesome.

The staff was very friendly and the rooms were clean.
