駅からのアクセスが若干悪いがスタッフの方々の対応は素晴らしかった

It was a friendly environment, would really recommend. It was my first time in hostel.

Ótimo hostel, perto da estação Roma Termini, ideal para quem pretende ficar em Roma e também conhecer outras cidades italianas. São muito prestativos e falam várias línguas. Ficaria novamente nesse hostel.

Poor service,the pod door wouldn't close, and my complaint was ignored. The room was also not clean.

Super cute lounge and patio area. Love that they offered family style meals for purchase each night. Staff was helpful. AC for use at night in room was amazing during 90 degree weather! Beds comfy and room clean. Did see a few ants and bathroom really small which wasn’t ideal. A little far From major attractions but public transport close and desk will get you a taxi if you ask .

Nice and cool in rooms. Good privacy in bunks. WiFi didn't work great in rooms. Staff were mostly nice. Free supper half the nights. Was a great stay would stay again

The hostel is clean, very friendly staff and very close to public transportation. They host free dinners for guests and it’s a nice opportunity to get to know people and mingle. They have a towel rental service for €3 and laundry service on site for a fee. Only complaint is the pod doors/storage drawers can be loud and guests should try to be more mindful when opening/closing those. Overall really enjoyable stay!!! Would recommend!

Super comfortable and clean hostel, good location and super sweet staff

I had a wonderful stay in Rome, and one of the highlights was the warm and professional welcome I received at the accommodation. Louisa at the front desk was exceptionally kind, attentive, and helpful from the moment I arrived. She made check-in smooth and always had a genuine smile, ready to assist with any request or question. The rest of the staff were also very courteous and efficient, creating a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere throughout my stay. It’s clear that they take pride in providing excellent service. This level of hospitality made my time in Rome even more enjoyable. Highly recommended.

I stayed an extra night, super comfy and secluded bed with sliding and locking door for a private loft feeling. Super clean room and immaculate shower, hot water was legitimate. Thank you!

Attention aux punaises de lits, laver la vaisselle partager car les gens lavent mal leurs choses et aussi moisissures dans la salle de bain (visible à cause de tache noires et odeur nauséabonde. J’ai vue des punaises de lits dans ma chambre et l’hôtel a été la laver. Mais il y en avait quand même

Hostel with a great community feeling. It's super easy to meet people, and they organize group dinners where you can join the other guests. The cube-style bunk beds offer extra privacy and comfort, and each bed has a 230V plug. The place is clean. They have VDSL wifi (25 download, 5 upload), slower than fiber but good enough for video calls. Every room has a private shared bathroom. You can work with your laptop on the terrace. It is not ideal as a coworking space because you depend on the weather, but the terrace has a nice vibe with people relaxing.

People who work there are quite chill and helpful when needed. I really appreciate the flexibility and willingness to help out in general. The room I stayed at was clean. Shower was really good. Bedding was fine. Depending on what side your room is, the noise may be quite loud at night. So not for people who have a light sleep. In my room (one bunk bed, two people room), it was super noisy, but I slept with my earphones on. I also saw they sell earplugs in the front desk. That's not ideal but should help if you have trouble sleeping due to the noise. Also, my room was quite quite hot (and it was not really summer yet), it had an AC but not sure if it was working. I also did not ask to turn it on because I kept the windows open. That meant more noise but at least some ventilation. I do really hope they turn the ACs on during hot seasons; otherwise, it will be quite difficult I imagine. Overall, I think this is a solid choice compared to other hostels in Rome if you take into account this option of a room with just one bunk bed (2 people). If you are lucky with your roommate, it does not really feel like you are in a hostel room. In my case I was lucky, met a really chill dude who became my friend.

Achei ótimo e confortável. Apenas a limpeza dos banheiros, eu achei a desejar. Logo quando eu cheguei o cheiro estava forte, incomodando e durante a minha estadia de 4 dias, não foi lavado e o mal cheiro continuou.

Great hostel for its location!!! The staff were awesome too. It was my only hostel experience in Rome so I’m not sure of the standards but the space was just ok. No elevator, tons of stairs, mattress was paper thin :( also there was no plug in in the bed/nest area? All these issues were pretty minor and didn’t hurt my stay at all, except for contributing to my jet lag exhaustion lol. The biggest surprise: the shower & water pressure are INCREDIBLE!!!

Kom vid midnatt, inga problem eftersom receptionen är öppen 24h. Sov i 4 bäddsrum. Fantastiskt bra med egen sovkapsel som kan stängas till, även låsas, för egen privacy. Bra badrum på rummet. Säkert och tryggt. Bra område, nära till tunnelbanan och någon km till Termini. Många restauranger i närheten. Ta med handduk, eller hyr. Köp egen frukost, den som erbjuds är bara plastförpackad bröd. Affär finns i närheten. Skulle absolut bo här igen.
