Es excelente el hotel. Todo perfecto. No nos dieron mejor categoría, me dieron la q yo pedí en la página. Pero todo bien!

I loved everything about Mia. The rooms and staff were absolutely amazing and friendly. The property was well kept and clean. I will definitely stay at Mia again.

The property is nice, but many improvements need to been done for the price they charge to stay, expensive. Our room was very nice and clean, but AC gave a unpleasant smell, they offer aroma therapy fragrance but that lasted a little. Restaurant had great food, and servers are extremely nice, but very unorganized. I will not return.

El mantenimiento y servicio es pésimo, tuvimos un par de accidente uno de consecuencias graves. Uno en la zona de alberca donde las tablas qué la rodean están sueltas y mi hijo se cayó y la más grave una desatencion por parte de la Gerente y el servicio de mantenimiento qué permitió que entrará el agua a la habitación ocasionando un accidente el cual tendrá implicaciones jurídicas.

Está muy carente de personal , Y el personal está muy poco capacitado

Great food, very calm place and friendly staff. The rooms are roomy and comfortable. Great place to stay, would stay again if I come back to Bacalar!

À la première arrivée à l’hôtel, on voit une hacienda traditionnelle, et bien entretenue. Nous avons séjourné deux jours dans cet établissement loin de tout en pensant trouver tranquillité et service de qualité. Malheureusement c’est avec une grande déception que nous avons vécu une mauvaise expérience malgré le prix de 500€/ nuit! - piscine non chauffée. - il faut appeler plusieurs fois pour avoir le nettoyage de chambre qui n’a pas été fait de la journée. - coup de fusil de chasse à tout heure de jour comme de nuit, c’est très surprenant. - aucun service à la piscine, les plats ne sont pas débarrassés, nous avons passé plus de deux heures au bord de la piscine sans que personne ne viennent pour nous prendre une commande. - l’hôtel refuse d’appliquer l’avantage membre silver de 20% sur les consommations - le petit déjeuner est une arnaque, j’ai pris l’option petit déjeuner pour 45€/ personnes, et l’hôtel impose un petit déjeuner de 410 pesos soit 20€, si on veut d’autres plats il faut payer!! - les prix pratiqués de repas sont vraiment très cher pour ce que c’est sans doute car il n’y a rien un alentours. J’ai demandé à parler au manager à la réception, ce n’était pas possible car il n’était pas disponible. Après avoir insisté, la personne à l’accueil m’a indiqué qu’il serait disponible l’après-midi de notre départ. Et donc comme nous sommes partis le matin je n’ai pas pu échanger avec lui. Enfin, je vous conseille de passer votre chemin, ça n’en vaut pas la peine.

Service and rooms were great! The problem was the restaurant….2 of 3 days okay for breakfast, last day everything was salty; awful for dinner, made 2 tries and regretted it. Angelica gave us a massage to my wife and I….very relaxing. Also great attention from Paco (lifeguard), he provided kayaks and paddle boards to use at the lake.

Buen hotel y personal muy amable. Las recamaras están bien solo que los últimos 2 días no tuvimos agua caliente, le falta mantenimiento al hotel en general.

i dont like the hotel

Mia Hotels was a very good resort not the high end luxury property as they called themself but if I have a thing to return will be because the food!! The only one restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner and the food is absolutely delicious, very well presented and with elegance and variety. Rooms are good very comfortable and with some luxury details, the property in general definitely needs some attention, we did not use the pool but was not welcoming to swim there, the hotel was pretty empty, the area of the lagoon to swim is nice and pretty, but make sure you have repellent as there are lot of mosquitoes but A LOT! In general we spend a nice time there.

We didn’t like that the rooms are upstairs on a spiral staircase that is very narrow and slippery. We didn’t like the one the rooms had a key light in the bathroom not working and never replaced. We didn’t like that one of the rooms had issue accessing and had to go to the lobby several times to complain and we like that they offered free breakfast for one night as compensation ; we liked the spa facilities and the staff there. We also like tombs quality of the food at the restaurant.

La propiedad está preciosa. Muy relajante y tranquilo. El servicio en el restaurante es algo lento.

La chica de la Recepción Teresa no atendió mal, solicitamos un taxi con ella, cuando anteriormente habíamos estado saliendo y siempre nos cantaban 80 pesos y cuando le pedimos el favor a ella, el taxi cobró 180 pesos, por órdenes de esta chica Teresa

Ya está descuidado el hotel

tienen un ambiente de tranquilidad excelente, una excelente comida, felicidades al chef. las habitaciones grandes y de buen gusto.

Super tranquilo, una vista increíble, comida deliciosa

Necesita mantenimiento en general, el jacuzzi en el spa no funcionaba, faltó mejorar la limpieza en las habitaciones,

Hotel muy bien localizado y el servicio muy bueno. Buena seleccion de menu en desayuno y cena.
