You get what you pay for, maybe even less. I had to book something last minute and my usual hotel was all booked. Musashikosugi station is where we usually stay when in Tokyo area for personal preference and this was only option. It cost half of what I normally pay for decent hotel so I had a bad feeling but this was the only option. First thing we noticed when we went in our room was a strong smell of mold. It was unbearable. We looked in the bathroom and there were black mold all over the tub, shower, grouts and crevice of walls. I asked to change the room but they said there are no other rooms. They offered to deep clean that day, molds were cleaned where eyes can see but I’m sure there are more down in the crevice. My floor seemed empty though so I’m sure they just didn’t want to deal with us changing rooms. Chairs in the room were stained beyond belief. The room is really in an appalling condition. There are no screen window so we couldn’t open the window for fresh air. The room had an air filtration unit which we moved to the bathroom but didn’t help much. The air filtration unit had a red bright light indicating to change the filter so it was probably no use. Overall avoid at all cost.

3年ほど前から毎月利用しています。 当時はホコリや髪の毛などがあったり、洗面台の鏡が汚れてたり、スリッパに血液みたいなのがついていたりで、清潔感ゼロ以下でした。 でも最近は内装工事したてでキレイになってます。 清掃業者変えて、このキレイさを維持して欲しいです。

正直あまり期待していなかったのですが、アクセスや施設は充分な条件でした　連泊中、ほとんどストレスなく過ごせました 外出多くレストランやテイクアウトを利用できなかったので機会あれは使ってみたいですね

嫌な所は無く。快適に過ごせました。

古いホテルなのですが風情があり，何よりも清潔で大変快適はステイとなりました。

2〜3度出張でリピートしてます ゴミを外にだしたりタオルを直接外に出すのはいやだけど、その他は良いです

部屋が広くて快適でよかった。朝食もほどほどに選べる。

バスルームの鏡、取り付けシャンプーなどの周りに、水アカかカビが少しだけ見える。 築年数の関係で仕方ないかもしれないが、清掃で十分落とせるはず。 また、換気用ファン（エアコンではない）の音が気になった。

広くて安くて良いです

少し古いですが、お部屋も浴室も広く、駅からも近くて快適でした。

내가 가본 일본의 호텔 객실중 최고로 넓고 좋았습니다. 조식은 뷔페식이 아니라 다소 아쉬웠지만 그래도 좋았습니다. 호텔직원은 친절했어요.

The rooms were clean and well appointed. The staff were always warm and welcoming. Will gladly use again.

入室時の部屋と風呂のカーテンの臭いが気になった。広さはとても良い。朝食は追加料金でも構わないので、バリエーションがあった方がいい。

Always love staying here when visiting friends. It's a bit off from Mushashi-kosugi station but not that far. It is close to a big mall with plenty of shopping and food court as well as 2-3 grocery stores. It's a great hotel with very good size rooms, plenty of walking space and space for luggage. Spacious bathrooms too. Plenty of amenities and a controllable air conditioner. Has coin laundry with separate washer and dryer. Staff are always excellent and provide great service with help checking in and out and with luggage forwarding. Staff even helped us with taxi when they arrived despite having business clients at the same time. This is my second time staying here and I will always choose this hotel when visiting my friends in the area.

他のビジネスホテルと比較して部屋が広いのでリラックスできます

大変古い施設です。 客室風呂は大変狭く、大浴場も無さそうです。 朝食はメニューが選択できません。 ご飯等はおかわり自由ですが、コスパが良いとは思えません。

アメニティでメイク落としが無かったのか、見つからなかったのか‥ 最近のホテルはアメニティが揃ってるので、油断してました。

キレイで、とても快適でした！ 必要な時はまた泊まりたいと思います。 ありがとうございます！
