料理の種類が多く とても美味しかった。 アルコールの飲み放題も良かった。 部屋に持っていけないのがとても残念 大江戸温泉物語は卓球🏓があると思ってたのになくて残念 カラオケも1人の値段じゃなく部屋で金額して欲しい 自販機にアルコールも置いてて欲しかった

風呂付きのメゾネットタイプの部屋に宿泊しました。下にベッドの寝室、上にお布団の和室といった構成で三人で泊まるには広すぎるほどでした。景色もよく、お部屋もきれいでした。 食事やラウンジ、お風呂も綺麗で満足のいく滞在ができました。 城崎温泉駅から歩いて向かいましたが、思っていたより近く、バスはありましたが利用はしませんでした。 ゆっくり過ごせましたので、また行きたいと思っています。

ウェルカムドリンク飲み放題が良かった

A good spot to stay in Kinosaki. The room itself was pretty outdated with an old tv - I really enjoy when hotel TV's have casting capabilities which this one did not. But the service and meals service was excellent, it's a self-serve buffet style dining which is great if you're a slightly fussy eater like myself. A little disappointed that the room view was blocked by netting for maintenance, which Inwas advised prior to arrival but after booking. I think some form of discount would have been nice for the inconvenience considering I had booked a river view room.

ご飯が美味しかったです。 好きなものを好きなだけ食べられるので、お子様連れには良いかと思います。 増改築の影響でしょうか、一部不思議な場所に段差があるので転ばないように気をつけたほうがいいです。同様に天井が低いところがあるので頭をぶつけないように気をつけましょう。 泊まった部屋はキレイでした。 掃除が行き届いていないなど、マイナスの印象は特にありませんでした。 トイレも清潔感があり好印象でした。 浴場は少し狭かった印象ですが、入浴するにあたって特に問題なく十分かと思います。

駐車場は広くて、すぐ停められて良かった。湯めぐりまでのバスは時間制限があったが、車で湯めぐりに行くと無料駐車場があり便利だった。 サウナがあるのは良いのだが、温度が低かったのが残念。

室内は広く、家族4人でゆったりとくつろげました。 温泉街へもバスで送迎して頂いて、外湯巡りも楽しめました。

ドリンクバーが無料で付いていて便利。温泉街巡りのための専用のカゴがとても便利で助かった

　ラウンジがとても寛げました。ドリンクやアルコールのサービス、落ち着いた音楽、窓辺の景色、本、炎、マッサージ機、ゆったりとした時間を過ごせました。 　お部屋も広く、布団の寝心地も良かったです。 　城崎の市街までは宿のバスが送迎してくれます。 　浴衣、下駄、温泉グッズを入れるカゴの貸し出しもあります。 　外湯巡りのパスもついていました。

外湯巡りのバスが夕飯時運行がないので夕食前に行きたくても帰って来るバスがないので使いにくかった。

The rooms are spacious and have a pretty view of the river though do not opt for the cot if you cannot get a triple Buffet is generous but does not change so recommend not prebooking food if staying more than one night. For breakfast and dinner it’s decent but to gets repetitious. Walkable to town but not central. Does have limited shuttle service.

雖然酒店不太近溫泉街，但有安排巴士接送 中午兩點至晚上10點有清酒汽水啤酒任飲 酒店房型多選擇，價格非常合理

Beautiful view overlooking the river. Everything super clean, and great breakfast and dinner buffet. Location is excellent, can walk all over town and easy to get to/from train station. Be aware, the onsen is not tattoo friendly, there are others in town that allow tattoos, but this is not one of them. Regardless, Highly recommend.
