Elevator was way to long of a wait

Parking was horrible. Front desk people are rude

Equipped with kitchen, very clean, close to museum and conservatory. Full breakfast included. Our stay was pleasant

Guy working the counter was very rude.

Cool stay, no major complaints the only thing I disliked that wasn’t detailed upon booking was the ridiculous parking not only is it on a completely different building across the street/next door it’s also an additional $22 per night only for 1 vehicle so we had 2 vehicles & they don’t offer additional parking so we had to find parking elsewhere up the street. I’m a very experienced traveler & I’ve never experienced this whole parking ordeal I would’ve definitely booked elsewhere had I know this ahead of time. Overall tho the hotel was clean & the stay were nice

Great place, very clean.

Love the property the only problem was the bathroom toilet need to be clean inside underneath the toilet.

It’s great place to sleep for a night for road trip on and off the HW closed to shopping and restaurants.

We are glad to have found this hotel as an option for Pittsburgh. The bed was comfortable and having a full size fridge was nice for our stay.

Very friendly staff and convenient

Coming to the property I had just been involved in a automobile accident where my car was totaled and unbeknownst to me I was suffering from two broken ribs. Staff did everything possible to make me comfortable, answer any questions, and even walk out to the garage later on in the evening to hand select a parking spot when I thought the garage was full. Thank you everyone. I will return to the area and when I do I will choose yours to stay at.

This is the second time we've stayed here and the staff, William in particular, have been so friendly and helpful.

I have stayed at this property several times when I have visited Pitt. I have already booked several stays for the upcoming year. Very convenient to campus, quiet, walkable, and safe. Easy parking and the staff is very friendly. Highly recommend - it has consistently been a good place to stay.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Lots of food options 2-4 blocks away. Parking a little expensive but reasonable for city property.

Super cute room with great little kitchen and beautiful wall mural.

Close to Carlow, Pitt and the stadiums

ALWAYS good!

Very conveniently located hotel, friendly staff.

Overall it was ok. It smelled like marijuana in some of the halls and elevators.

Would not be top of my list for next visit
