Das Hotel liegt zentral jedoch zwischen 2Einfallstrassen mit starken Auto- Busverkehr und es ist deshalb im Zimmer sehr laut. Zimmer sind sonst in Ordnung

Very helpful friendly staff. Pleasant setting in town square with lots of nice bars and restaurants within 5-10 minutes pleasant stroll. Would stay here again.

Cuando llegamos nos encontramos que no habia recepcion yno podiamos acceder hasta que una camarera de la cafeteria nos dijo que deberiamos tener un codigo para acceder! Por lo demas el hotel esta muy bien!

Very nice location. There are two sides: courtyard view and the other side. Lots of activity during the day and night with the courtyard... Noisy. Great windows to stop the noise but then you stop the fresh air. Issue with sound between suites. I could hear what the neighbors were saying very well. Overall good experience.

The hotel and its sister restaurant are well designed conversions of an old building. Both are clean and efficiently run, located in an old square in the middle of the old town. There are many restaurants and bars within a short walking distance. The town is charming and the people friendly. Although the reception is not occupied the whole day, the message sent before arrival gives details for access and parking (both therefore dealing with criticisms raised in prior comments). Rooms are of a decent size, ours was at the back, quiet and comfortable. The town at a weekend with its market was lively and interesting. Loved it!

Es un boutique hotel muy bonito, moderno y comfortable. Las encargadas de recepción fueron muy amables en todo momento. La habitación era cómoda y silenciosa, incluso estando en el centro mismo de Tolosa. Para volver seguro!

A reasonable hotel with a very good price. Railroad is around 50 to 100m behind the hotel but it's not a bother if the window is closed. No breakfast in hotel but there are breakfast places just next door and 50m away. Clean and nice hotel with great staff. Public parking only, an underground garage maybe 3-4min walk away.

Beau propre moderne, personnel attentionné.

Even though the square was super busy and noisy, rooms at the back are perfectly quiet at night after the last train. Had to wait a bit for a space in the car park but this was due to los Reyes Magos so probably it is normally no problem. Very good shower and bed. The front desk is only open at limited hours but there is a 24 hour number to call and check-in/out is very efficient. Breakfast next door is good, even if it is a little later to open than ideal (there are also some limited kitchen facilities in the corridor)

Nagenoeg nieuw (althans zo toont het en voel je het) hotel in het centrum van van sfeervol Tolosa. Communicatie en afhandeling verlopen erg gemakkelijk. Faciliteiten en netheid zijn uitstekend. Vanuit Tolosa zijn mooie plekken (Donostia/San Sebastian op een half uur!!) eenvoudig te bezoeken. Hotel ligt aan een in potentie prachtig plein waar een combinatie van horeca en woonblokken zijn. Ga vooral 's avonds een rondje maken langs de San Frantzisko Pasealekua en omringende straten!
