Great position ,walking distance to many sights and metro to Thermal Baths and Heroes Square.Good amenities but the best thing about this Hotel are the amazing staff. Super friendly and helpful ,especially Matyas and Liza who made our stay so enjoyable.Will definitely stay here again on return to Budapest.

There is shops near, and air-condition was cool but this period a little bit cold and no heating only at winter could activate heating

Great staff! Welcoming and helpful! Nice place but please note that top floor is a flight of service stairs after you ascend elevator and room is vaulted so less headroom. Not a deal breaker but be aware.

Our room was clean, we had everything we needed. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was quiet and cleaned daily.

The hotel did a wonderful birthday package with cake balloons and champagne as a surprise for my girlfriend it was very good. Thanks !

The hotel has a good concept of being all on your phone (check in/air conditioning/access to your room etc) however I think that the hotel needs a refurbishment in the rooms - there were paint removed from some walls, damage to the bed headboards, a lot of wear and tear to the rooms and due to this it felt unclean at times. The shower was blocked and had to tell reception about this (it was quickly rectified after telling reception), however feel that this is a basic cleaning check that should be done when a new customer is checking in - so have questions about how much cleaning they actually do to the room. Good location and for the cost it was ok, but just wished it was slightly cleaner (would recommend bringing your own slippers to wear in the room as was slightly unclean floor).

Very good service & location.Affordable price too. Takes 20 minutes walking to the city centre. Provides service to the airport with fees better than taking Uber especially very early in the morning.I recommend this hotel.

Nice, well appointed room. Just off a major central road. The side street felt a little rough, but it was not far off the main street. My room was on the first floor directly above the entrance and a neighbouring bar so was a little noisy on my first night (Saturday), but was fine on the other nights. The app key was fine for the most part, but could be a little fiddly sometimes. The air conditioning also efficient and controllable through the app, even when out and about. I'm not sure the app added much to the experience over a regular key card/thermostat, though. Shower drained slowly, and the shower tray quite close to overflowing, despite being deep and large - although it didn't actually overflow, I was conscious of sloshing around in a couple of inches of water. Bed and pillows not the comfiest, though the bed was rather large! Overall a good value stay in a very central location. Trams/Metro all 8-10 mins walk away, though.

Very comfortable bed, fridge in room, good air conditioning, shower was good and room very clean. Would definitely stay again if I just needed a base for discovering Budapest.

Great location, great staff and very clean

I was really impressed with using my phone to open doors, turn on or off the a/c, even check out through a QR code. The hotel is close to many things and very walkable location. Matthias and the staff were very nice, and informative. They helped map out my self tour.

It was in a quiet but fairly central location. Easy to find initially on foot. Staff very efficient and helpful.

Would not recommend a stay here. The breakfast room was filthy and unfit for consumption, suffered from a fly infestation during my stay, coffee machine was out of order, chairs, tables and cutlery were all disgusting. Room was not in great condition, no nice view. Guy at the service counter swore at me when I raised issues, very rude and unprofessional. Do not go here.

otelin bulunduğu yer çok güvenliği gelmedi bize ama iki gün kaldığımızda da pek bir olaya rastlamadık ama sanki her an bir olay olacakmış izlenimi veren bir semtte yer alıyordu. asıl konu sokaktan gelen ciddi seslerdi. Diğer odalarda da ses geliyordu ayrıca. Onun dışında tüm personel çok yardımsever ve güler yüzlüydü. Kahvaltısı ise ortalama seviyedeydi.
