Unserer Meinung nach ideal gelegen in Krems. Fußläufig ist die Altstadt und die Kunstmeile leicht erreichbar. Modernes Hotel mit vielen Annehmlichkeiten! Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, umfangreiches Frühstückbüfett und unmittelbar in der Nachbarschaft ein trendiges Restaurant, exzellente Parkmöglichkeiten

excellent location if you are staying for conference (front of uni) or need to get a Boat at Danube is good. Breakfast is REALLY good! Gave 4/5 as they could have body lotion also and a better hair dryer.

Wir waren am Weg von Wien nach Linz und sind durch höhere Gewalt (Straßensperren u. Umleitungen) in Krems gelandet. Wir genossen das Volksfest im Stadtpark, die netten Walfahrer die aus Maria Zell zurückkamen und entschieden uns für das Arte Hotel Krems. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Es war sauber, ruhig und das Frühstück war ausreichend und schmackhaft. Alles in allem ein schöner Ausflug und eine angenehme Nacht im Hotel.

Modern but fairly basic room. No privacy in bathroom, with no door or shower screen to stop water getting everywhere or provide any privacy from the room - i was alone but if with someone you'd want the ability to close a door. A walk from the town centre.

Hotellet låg bra till, och en bra frukostbuffé ingick. Rummet var rymligt, det enda negativa var en högljudd fläkt, och var inte heller förtjust i dusch och badrum utan dörr.

Dreckiger Teppich in der Empfangshalle, das Zimmer 45 Minuten zu spät bezugsfähig, tägliche Zimmerreinigung nur bei Aufforderung, Frühstück lieblos (Salami und Wurst1mm dick aufgeschnitten, keine Croissantes, nur wenige Buttergipfel, einfaches Käsesortiment, ...) ... einfach das Geld nicht wert!

Leider hat die Klimaanlage nicht richtig funktioniert und die Zimmer lassen sich auch nicht richtig abdunkeln. Balkone sind nicht getrennt voneinander und hell beleuchtet die ganze Nacht. Zimmer abgewohnt

It would be a fine hotel if not for the weirdest layout of the room. Basically I have never seen a hotel room where toilet was separated from the sink and had no lock! Instead of a lock it had a hole and had to use one towel to close it to keep the smells in. To wash your hands you had to walk through the room to the kitchen area. The shower was also off the kitchen and there was not even a hook anywhere for a towel. Zero privacy in other words. We both found it to be most inconvenient. The front desk lady failed to provide us with the discounted parking ticket, so we ended up paying 30 euros instead of the promised 19. And of course we did not know to ask for it.

Leider war das Zimmer nicht besonders sauber -Boden staubig und im Mistkübel am WC waren noch die gebrauchten Damenhygieneartikel von den Gästen vor uns Sonst nette und Gegend

I liked the modern style and artwork at the hotel. The staff was helpful when I had a need and the general ambiance was quite nice. There was however limited food resources and although there was a restaurant next door, other than that it was a long walk to any other place except for a campus sandwich shop. The breakfast bar was nice but crowded.

Loved the arte Krems Hotel. Modern. Clean. Friendly. Efficient. Easy walking distance to Krems and other locations. Highly recommend.
