We got a suite with a kitchen for our family of 7. Kitchen is a strong word for a microwave and toaster oven. We made it work and it all came out in the wash for us but I will doublecheck next time to make sure i actually have a way to cook. Pool was small but nice. Breakfast was good with lots of options even for dairy free and gluten free. Overall, happy with our stay.

Parking costs an extra $5/vehicle per night. Exterior doors were not working when we arrived at 5 pm. Lobby full of 15 people waiting for their rooms with no staff in sight for 15 minutes. Understaffed. They offered us free parking and a bottle of water for all the challenges. Our hallway smelled of skunk...aka pot. No soap in one of the bathroom sink area and no shampoo in one shower. No towels at the pool. We booked a suite for 8, and it only had 4 forks and 3 knives and no spoons. We waited until 8:30 for more silverware to arrive so we could eat. No bedding for the pull out sofa. They were going to give us points for the hassle, but days later still gave us no points on our account.

Breakfast was quite good with good choices. Good coffee.

I would have liked better options for the breakfast. Bacon and biscuits and gravy would have been nice!

We booked a room with a king bed. They gave us a room with two double beds. There were 2 dirty washcloths on the shower bar in our room. I told the front desk. I was told they would inform the head housekeeper. Nothing was done. I complained to a quality control person, they said it would taken with. Long story short, we we checked out this morning the washcloths were still there.

Great place, great staff!

Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Rooms were clean and suitable. Only discrepancy, I booked a patio room which at first sight was nice but... unfortunately while sitting outside on it, all you could hear was everyones air-conditioners. Not bad maybe, but they were so loud and rattling... it was all consuming when trying to relax. In turn, I sought out their public outdoor areas which are very nice. Great breakfast, different items back to back days. I'd stay again but not upgrade to patio room.
