Great stay at the Riad Mayfez Suites & Spa. Family of four, we stayed for 2 nights at the Riad. We all enjoyed the beautiful setting, exemplary service, and attention to details. Could not endorse it more!

It was Fabulous! I stayed in the white suite. It was larger then the photos and overlooks the courtyard. The patio is huge. Bathroom was wonderful. It’s on the second floor. Hotel is very quiet and safe with great food! Service amazing and spotless. I would go just to stay and enjoy the hotel. I took a private cooking class and it was informative about the history and very fun. Great place. Did not use the pool but it looked so inviting and peaceful. The pictures does not do this secret garden hotel justice.

This hotel takes service to the highest level! Catered to our every whim. Heated pool, extremely comfortable bedding and delicious food made our stay truly memorable!

We had a wonderful experience at Riad Mayfez. It is absolutely beautiful (with wonderful views) with every detail is thought of. There are several areas to sit and enjoy the outside. The food is delicious. The staff are very hospitable and friendly, and tend to anything you may need. They helped arrange a walking tour guide for us, a porter to and from dinner that was in a confusing location, a ride to the airport etc. It truly is a quiet oasis in the middle of the Medina. Overall, we would love to visit Fes and Riad Mayfez again. Highly recommend!

Beautiful property with spacious rooms, like an oasis inside the bustling Medina of Fes. Service was impeccable and they made incredible effort to make our stay more comfortable throughout our time. Breakfast was amazing and the complimentary treats were to die for. You will not find a better hotel in Fes, and you may not find a better one in Morocco.

Spectacular and HIGHLY recommended! My family and I loved our stay at Riad Mayfez and didn't want to leave. Houda and Mohammad were in constant communication with us to ensure every need was met and our expectations were continuously exceeded. The property is gorgeous with amazing detail and is an oasis within the medina. We stayed in the Isfahan Suite with our 8 year old son. The suite has high ceilings and plenty of space, including a large private terrace. FYI - It does have very steep steps! We loved the shared common spaces at the Riad, especially the roof decks. Our son loved pool, and the billiards/game room. Can't say enough about this special place and amazing service!

This was an INCREDIBLE stay. The staff are so friendly, accommodating and helpful. The grounds are absolutely stunning. This was the best road I have ever stayed in. We are sad we only had three nights, we did not want to leave. For luxurious, private and and unforgettable stay, be sure to book here. This was a visit beyond expectations. Houda, and Mohammed and Mohammed made our trip the very best it could be!

Where should I begin… we had an absolutely amazing experience at Mayfez. Ms.Houda and Mohammed made sure we were more than well taken care of. We were so spoiled by the cozy Riad living style. From the welcome tea and pastry, to the spacious rooms, to the lovely patio, to the cozy dining room, to the hearty breakfast. to every little detail. This was the best stay for our Morocco trip! We would definitely stay here if we ever visit Fes again. If you are reading this review, look no further. You will not regret it!

What a magical place that will make you feel at home. I travel a lot and Mayfez showed me a new way to travel. I first stayed here as somewhere to just rest. Mayfez should actually have been our destination! The team - Houda, Mohammed, Driss, and Rachid - are so dedicated, kind, and wonderful. They pay close attention to every detail during our stay: making sure all legs of our transportation are well planned, activities are smoothly coordinated, food are excellent, rooms are very comfortable. If there is any room for the team to go above and beyond, there is no hesitation that they will jump on the opportunity to offer assistance. They are a quick WhatsApp chat away. Mayfez is a true riad. Images will not do justice to this sublime wonder. When you walk around the property, you will discover endless treasures. Thank you for creating and sharing this precious gem with us.
