Loved this place! Super close to shopping, dining and metro.

This small hotel is situated in the residential building and in the downstairs of the hotel is a small shopping mall. If you arrive late or early, get inside you need to call from the downstairs. But there’s a staff member on the floor 24 hours, so they would open the door for you. The staff is super friendly. Our room was very small and the conditioner didn’t work so they put us in the other room which was tiny! The area around is very touristy and if you’re there for the site seeing, you are right on the spot.

Very well run hotel, professional staff, very clean and modern, buffet breakfast was fantastic and didn’t get boring! Many options to choose from. I’ll certainly come back if I visit Warsaw!

El personal muy amable y eficiente. Las habitaciones están lindas, pero son muy pequeñas, la ubicación es excelente, puedes llegar caminando muchos restaurantes y muy seguro. Está dentro de una plaza, pero te dan un código para acceder por una puerta muy cercana al elevador..

The hotel was perfect for a quick weekend! It was clean and safe. My only negative was the ac never fully worked but they made us aware of the issue and gave us specifically the coldest room. Also to note there was some mold visible in the shower. Other than that they were lovely, amazing location and the staff was friendly!

Do not be misled by the reviews - the air conditioning doe not function sufficiently at this hotel! Room set to 18 but never went below 26. Outside temp at night 26/ day max 33. Staff just shrugged shoulders and said it is a ‘bad installation’. Did get a fan, but no help. Otherwise, room was clean, small [as expected]. Only ever 1 at desk staff - had 20 min wait for them to appear when arrived. V laid back - computer left unlocked and viewable for that time. Otherwise polite. Cost OK, but only after taking into account the discount reasonable but only if discounted Located well

This is a great little boutique hotel. Sadly, it was an incredibly hot week and there was no air conditioning and no fans.

Super nice and clean space. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The room is exactly what you see in the photos. Definitely recommend.

Charming, elegant property - a true sanctuary in the middle of a delightful section of Barcelona. We found the staff, especially Daniel, as well as the young woman who served as our afternoon hostess and concierge, to be extremely gracious and helpful. We would be delighted to stay at Maldà Singular again at a future time.

We love this place. It’s quaint and central. The bed is the most comfy bed. We never want to get out of bed!! Everything is tastefully done. Check-in and check out was easy and efficient. We love the convenience of this place

Very friendly and service-minded staff.

The hotel staff were wonderful. The hotel is beautiful and location is convenient. The room we booked was way too small and the only reason we wouldn’t recommend for anyone other than solo travelers.

Great location, rooms are lovely, beds are comfy but there are no added extras. A shower cap would have been good as the shower comes from the ceiling. Over all a lovely stay in the heart of the city.

There was mould

The air condition stopped working they gave me an option to change the room for a smaller one and that they can refund the price difference or they can give us a fan for the night. There was a lot of moist on the ceiling of the bathroom! Rust behind the sink! And the door for the shower doesn’t close well there are missing joints so a lot of water came all out on the floor. I do not recommend!

Loved this hotel. Very small and quiet and rooms were very well designed, clean and comfortable.

Absolutely amazing accommodations, very helpful staff. Clean, and looked just like the pictures! Only grievance was temperature, we stayed in July and our room never really cooled down.

See my earlier review. I decided to give this hotel another shot when I came back to Barcelona a week later. This time the AC was better. Still not super cold, but cold enough to sleep well. Everything else was fantastic. I got a room upgrade as a OneKey member. Staff was great. Highly recommend.
