I love this hotel so much. I told everyone, this is what I want from a hotel when I’m in Italy! Beautiful entry/lobby. Clean, well appointed room. I did have the balcony room, which was just luxury to sit out there and enjoy a coffee. The garden space also offers quiet space to breathe. This is right in the city center, so everything is walkable. I wish I would have gotten there Friday as intended, because Friday night right at the corner is so much action! Food, drinks, fun, and then the quiet space of the hotel. They have a small but well-appointed bar. And the staff and I worked hard to come up with a signature cocktail. It definitely requires Amaro. Plus the restaurant in the ground floor has recently opened and I had a lovely traditional dish. I will make it a point to stay here anytime I am back! As a business traveler, this was a welcome break, but as a leisure traveler this is a gem!

Dette hotel er et 2-3 stjernet hotel. Det er meget gammelt og fint hvis du ikke har de store krav. Personalet kan man ikke klage over. De er vældig søde hele vejen rundt. Vi kommer ikke tilbage.

Very nice stay, polite staff, delicious breakfast, in the historical center and 5 minutes walk to the main square. I would have appreciated a boiler to make tea/coffee in the room.

Siamo stati al Phi hotel Canalgrande solo per una notte, e l'accoglienza è stata proprio da 4 stelle. Al servizio reception abbiamo incontrato personale molto cortese e disponibile. Gli ambienti comuni interni sono molto accoglienti e ben organizzati, con sale affrescate e splendidamente decorate. Regna ordine, eleganza e pulizia. La nostra camera era un po' datata, ma comunque con tutti i confort, spaziosa e pulita. Per noi che è molto importante la colazione, abbiamo trovato tutto di qualità eccellente, ben disposto e con molti prodotti del territorio. Dall'albergo, In pochi minuti a piedi, si può girare tutta Modena. Complimenti a tutto il personale.

Das Zimmer war sauber, aber der insgesamte Zustand ist doch leider schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Der Teppich müsste dringend ausgetauscht werden. Die Lage vom Hotel ist super. Im Prinzip direkt in der Innenstadt und trotzdem sehr ruhig. Das Personal am Empfang und auch beim Frühstück war sehr nett und freundlich und zuvorkommend

J’avais réservé et payé une chambre non remboursable pour le jour même. Avant mon arrivée, j’ai demandé par message à réserver une place de parking (au prix indiqué dans les détails de l’offre). Il m’a été répondu que la réservation du parking devait se faire par téléphone, ce que j’ai fait immédiatement. On m’a alors indiqué qu’il n’y avait plus aucune place disponible. Le parking étant un élément déterminant de mon choix, j’ai demandé l’annulation de la réservation et un remboursement, puisque le service attendu ne pouvait pas être assuré. Cette demande a été refusée sans aucune proposition commerciale ou solution alternative, au motif que la réservation était non remboursable. Par la suite, il m’a été indiqué qu’une place de parking s’était finalement libérée, mais entre-temps j’avais dû prendre rapidement d’autres dispositions pour mon hébergement, la situation ne me permettant plus d’attendre. Je n’ai donc pas d’avis à donner sur

Great location and great service

The Staff where 10/10. Perfect service and very nice attitude! But the Suit we hade where under all standards. The bed was hard as a table, and pillows you could of kill somebody with…to hard. The overall condition of the room is very bad. But again the staff and service, - flawless!

Rooms are really rough and some times mouldy smelling. Recommend making sure you don't get a room with carpet. Maybe some rooms are updated but the two I saw were one star rating..

O pequeno almoço é excelente na sua variedade, o hotel no seu interior é estilo bastante classico e o sinal WIFI é fraco. Estacionamento gratuito no exterior é complicado mas o hotel tem garagem por €20,00/noite.

This room was reserved for our niece, who decided to stay an extra night. The hotel staff were very kind, and found a suitable room right away. She said that her room was very comfortable, and very much enjoyed the breakfast.

The staff were all so kind and friendly, but our first room had an issue with the smoke alarm, which blinked a light intermittently all night. The staff were very kind and upgraded our room, but unfortunately, the carpet was very dirty and reeked of mildew. Otherwise, the rooms were exceptionally clean, the beds very comfortable, the mini bar stocked with plenty of water (and coca cola/snacks), and the breakfast was phenomenal. Overall, we would recommend this hotel, but would suggest a bit of renovations in the rooms that still have carpeting. Also, the common areas could use a sprucing-up of the walls, because they have visible dirt. We realize that it’s an historic and incredibly beautiful building, but it wouldn’t take much to make it feel more appealing. Lastly, the restaurant wasn’t open while we were there, and it would have been nice to have known that prior to our stay. Kudos to the staff. All were very kind, especially the young man at the front desk with the glasses, and the valets.

スタッフもとても親切で感じが良い。ただ1つ残念なのは窓際に設置されていた。空調が壊れていて稼働しなかったことだ。まぁそれも電気ストーブを持ち込んでくれて、とりあえず解決した。空調は早めに修理するか新品に取り替える必要があると思う。
