Very well restored classic hotel . Nice dining area for breakfast and the availability of the courtyard was a real bonus . Nice bar albeit pricey compared to local bars. Room was rather compact but functional . Everywhere was clean and the staff friendly and courteous. Breakfast selection was good and like everywhere else in the hotel well staffed , Didn't try the spa facilities but they seemed to be well used . Great location for all the sites

Le petit déjeuner, copieux et varié, est servi dans un cadre raffiné et paisible, et même les intolérants au gluten, comme moi, trouvons un service attentif et des produits de qualité. Pour cela, un merci special à Joelma pour son accueil en salle, et à toute l’equipe pour les délicates attentions relatives à notre commémoration.

Dejligt hotel til at opleve Torino. Ligger centralt men alligevel roligt. Flot hotel med lækker morgenmad og dejlig bar-område. Skøn pool og spa-område (man skal bruge badehætte, så det kan med fordel huske, så man sparer at skulle købe det). Fine værelser og fri minibar (med sodavand og vand)

My daughter and I stayed for two nights. The hotel itself is beautiful, the design, the furniture, the architecture, wonderful. When we arrived the staff on reception were friendly and welcoming. Our room on the 4th Floor was clean and spacious. The air-conditioning was excellent and for me a lifesaver from the heat of Torino Our first evening we went to the Oriental bar and had drinks and snacks, fabulous. The staff were really nice and helpful. After a wonderful sleep we had breakfast which was a buffet. Plenty of choice and quite delicious We spent the morning taking in the beautiful sights and architecture of Turin/Torino. Returning to the hotel we spent an hour and a half being spoilt at the wonderful spa, which has the loveliest of staff and so many amenities. After another relaxing sleep and a fabulous breakfast again our little break had sadly come to an end. We will be back and spend much longer in this beautiful hotel I highly recommend it

Nice hotel. Good central location, nice staff that make you feel welcome. Very good breakfast, first class. Only issue was the poor wifi. Had to use my personal data, as I couldn’t stay connected. Would expect better in this regard.

Unique and welcoming.

I loved this hotel! The spa and rooms were great and breakfast was nice. The hotel was very beautiful, my only complaint is that the wifi barely worked but this did not take away from how much I loved my stay!

We had a wonderful stay and would like to thank the staff for the excellent service. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast was great. We especially appreciated receiving a takeaway breakfast when we had to leave early in the morning.The early check-in process was smooth and convenient, which made our arrival much more comfortable. We also enjoyed the spa facilities, which were a lovely addition to our stay.Thank you for a great experience – we would be happy to stay here again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Super lækkert hotel midt i torino , med lækker spa og skønt gammelt hotel

The hotel itself is literally Victorian, from the age of England's Queen Victoria. It's well maintained and modernized to a degree: there are good-working elevators and televisions but no USB or Lightening ports. The best part is the spa, which every guest can use without extra charge: sauna, steam room, Jacuzzi and pool. Breakfast featured actual teapots for brewing a proper cup. The neighborhood around it is seedy and finding a good restaurant is hit-or-miss.

A lovely place to relax walking distance from beautiful piazas.

Vakkert hotell i nærheten av alt. Fint bassengområde og fine rom. Måtte bytte rom siden airconditionen ikke fungerte, og de var veldig hjelpsomme med alt. Det nye rommet var noe slitt, men det var likevel pent og med en fin balkong. Svært koselig frokostsal. Alt i alt er kjempefint hotell med 10/10 personale.

An magnificent stay. The hotel is ideally located close to museums, restaurants and the centre of the city. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The spa was lovely. We had an excellent 2 night stay.

I am very disappointed by the way this situation was handled. My wife required urgent medical care, and despite the circumstances, the hotel showed absolutely no flexibility or empathy. Beyond the strict cancellation policy, what was most shocking was the complete lack of assistance or concern during a real medical emergency. At no point did anyone offer practical help, such as calling an ambulance, assisting us, or even asking whether we needed support while rushing to the hospital in a foreign country. I understand that hotels have policies, but basic human consideration and customer care should come first in situations involving health emergencies. Unfortunately, this experience left us with the feeling that administrative rules mattered more than the wellbeing of guests.
