Fantastisk beliggenhet. Hyggelig personale. Små og ekstremt varme rum uten aircon. Var der i juli med temp på opptil 37 grader så var det ekstremt varmt å sove. Dårlig vifte som hjalp lite. Frokost var ikke noe å skryte av.

Staff were lovely and very helpful, room was spacious and clean , it is a lovely building in the heart of the Citta Alta which made for an excellent location . Beds were comfy but unfortunately no air con in the room as was explained to us on arrival as it was not possible to install . However everything else about this hotel is great including the lovely breakfast in the morning .

A great place to stay right in the centre of the old town Bergamo. Staff were really friendly - the room and bathroom were clean, the shower hot and my room was quiet. Breakfast was nice - small selection of food but fine. All in all I enjoyed my stay very much.

Everything was perfect from the tremendously helpful staff mostly the manager Marcella WOW what a service. Very good breakfast super clean rooms and an EXCELLENT restaurant!!! Keep in mind my wife and I travel all over the world….this is NOT a 2 star hotel its 3 to 3.5 stars.

Emplacement exceptionnel pour ce petit hôtel confortable. Petit déjeuner correct. Personnel serviable.

Meget bra service og hjelpsom betjening. Ligger sammen med en flott restaurant. Men rommet var slitt og trengs en oppgradering. Toalett/bad var veldig umoderne og slitt

Personnel très sympathique. Il faut savoir qu’il n’y a pas d’ascenseur et que l’accès à l’hôtel en voiture est plutôt compliqué. Mais le choix de l’hôtel vaut le coup.

O hotel é na Piazza Vecchia, o coração pulsante e histórico de Bergamo. Tem bastante escada (rsrsrs), e sim, é bom demais.

Hotellet er sjarmerende, litt boutique i hjertet av Citta Alta, og virker å dyrke sin historie med stolthet. Det som virkelig sto fram var en enestående god service fra personalet. Absolutt hele personalet var utrolig hjelpsomme, løsningsorientert og vennlige. Dette er et sted som er verdt å besøke igjen bare for å føle ekte italiensk gjestfrihet.

Small hotel connected to a great restaurant. All staff very friendly and multi lingual. Able to leave bags at reception. Beautiful terrace and garden restaurant - hotel residents get a discount. Amazing location right next to Piazza Vecchia. Superior rooms basic but adequate.

Great location, if you wanna spend time In oldtown.

Rent men litet rom. Imøtekommende personale. Ok frokost, intet mer! Flott beliggenhet. Imponerende whisky-samling! Fikk ikke stanset vifta på badet.

Bra personal och bra service

Nice hotel in the center of Città Alta. Room was spacious, clean and silent. The hotel in general was very cute in its decor, and the staff was top! Friendly and helpful. Highly recommended for a stay in the old city of Bergamo.
