いつぞやの宿無し未遂スタッフ就労拒否を回避すべく事前の電話確認を御願いするも『眠い』と言われただけで最終確認が取れず一抹の不安を抱えたままチェックインとなった。最初『満室だ』と言われ肝を冷やしたがゴリゴリ押して確認が取れ一安心。 アトーチャ駅とマイヨール広場を結ぶ坂道の途中にあり見つけるのは容易。専用のベルを押し扉を開けて貰う。ただその先が大変。狭い螺旋階段を3階、日本で言う4階まで上がり更に部屋はもう1階上だった。 老夫婦だけで経営している様で出入りの度に入口を開けて貰い、更に3階のオーナーに4階の入口を開けて貰うのが何か恐縮。呼び出される度にそれをするだけでも重労働だと思う。 今回はトイレ＆シャワー共用の部屋にしたが、物音は聞こえるものの他の客と一切顔を合わさず、従って何ら困ることは無かった。 部屋にエアコンはあるもののリモコンは無し。でも窓を開けていれば充分だった。 あの階段、毎回オーナーに解錠して貰い更に4階に上がって貰い続けて4階を解錠して貰う。自分はセゴビアとトレドの間の1泊だったからまだ良いが、連泊となるとかなり厳しいものがあると思う。ただオーナー夫婦はとても良い人だった。

　マドリードアトーチャ駅から徒歩圏内です。 トイレ、バスルームは共用ですが、部屋にはエアコンついております。ドライヤーは言えば貸してくれます！エレベーターはありません。 なにより！オーナーが優しいです。朝にホテル到着しましたが、チェックインまでカバンを預かってくれました。 闘牛をみて帰りが遅くなりましたが、嫌な顔せず鍵を開けてくれました。 空港までのタクシーも手配してくれ、朝早くのチェクアウトでしたが私の時間に合わせて起きてくれて、荷物も下まで下ろしてくれました。 日本語で挨拶もしてくれてほっこり。 短い滞在でしたが、オーナーの温かさを感じ良い時間を過ごせました！

設備は古いが必要最低限のものは揃っていた。宿の主人はフレンドリーで気を使ってくれた。場所はアトーチャ駅に近く便利だった。

El Señor Aniceto y su esposa son muy amables; él me ayudó a subir la maleta, pues la pensión está en el 4to piso. El cuarto muy limpio, con una vista excelente de la calle Atocha desde la terraza. El lavabo es muy práctico y disfruté mucho la ducha. La ubicación también es sensacional. Totalmente recomendable.

Me gusto la ubicación. No me gusto que es en 4o piso y no hay elevadores. Las habitaciones pequeñas y viejas. El baño terrible no cabe nadie, se estaba cayendo a pedazos.

Rooms are on 4th floor without elevator. There is no tea or coffee maker available in the room, but host proposes to make boiling water

Do not stay at this property the owner shuts off the internet and hot water. He walked in to the shower on me.

アクセスには便利、ただエレベーターがないのでスーツケースや荷物が多いと狭めの階段の上り下りが相当キツイです。

Inmejorable situación, muy mejorable la cama. Muy limpio todo, muy buena atención a la llegada, pero este tipo de alojamiento tiene que pensar que, para los que visitan Madrid, es muy importante un buen descanso, pero con este tipo de cama es imposible.

Fue muy facil llegar a la pensión, el señor que la atiende fue muy amable y me ayudó a subir y a bajar el equipaje, la habtacion era todo lo que necesitaba, la cama era comoda y las instalaciones, aunque eran uh poco viejas, estaban en buen estado. La ubicacion es excelente, a pocos pasos hay tiendas, cafeterias, todo lo necesario ademas de estar muy muy centrico. La relacion calidad-precio es muy buena

La localización es muy buena, se encuentra cerca de Atocha y puedes llegar en poco tiempo al centro. El personal del alojamiento fue muy amable y después de pasar el día fuera nos encontrábamos con la habitación limpia y repuestos de gel y champú. La única pega es que no dispone de ascensor.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Pensión Mollo and it exceeded all of my expectations. The caretaker at the hotel was incredibly kind and attentive throughout my entire stay. From the moment I arrived, they made sure I felt welcomed and comfortable. The caretaker went above and beyond to make sure all of my needs were met, and they were always available to offer assistance or provide recommendations for things to do in the area. Their genuine kindness and hospitality truly made my stay memorable. The hotel itself was charming and well-maintained, with cozy rooms and a lovely atmosphere. The location was fantastic, close to many attractions and dining options. Overall, my experience at Pensión Mollo was outstanding thanks to the caring and friendly caretaker. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a wonderful stay in the area if you’re a single traveler!
