Plenty of parking, safe and secure. Friendly staff. Bedroom clean and comfortable. Breakfast very good. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely place, nice staff, just really dated and poorly maintained rooms. Deffo not like the ones shown in pictures.

Room was snug as advertised which was not a problem but the shower was very poor - controls were broken which meant couldn’t switch to overhead from handheld … clean & tidy but staff were not very smiley & welcoming. Cooked breakfast was very good appreciated the complimentary late checkout

The bathroom was lovely and great toilet paper quality and towels, nice toiletries too. Nice tea tray and bed was comfy. However there was a gaping hole filled with cobwebbed pipes and the view out of the window was over bins. The room was cold but a portable heater was provided and sufficient. Dinner was great, the food was of an acceptable quality but the star of the show was the staff that served dinner. They were not intrusive, but were so helpful, a great steady pace of service. They really made the evening great. The receptionist was very friendly and asked some nice personal (not too personal) questions that made us feel very welcome. Breakfast was very good, apart form the coffee, it was not good and if you want an americano you have to pay for it. I really enjoyable stay, thank you

All the staff were amazing, great service throughout. Place very clean and tidy. Bedroom very large with bath and seperate walk in shower in bathroom. Highly recommend and will definately stay again.

Great for our overnight stay when visiting family. Friendly efficient check in to a spacious room and bathroom. Maybe the decor is a a little dated but good quality furniture, towels and bedding, all well maintained and very comfortable. Everything you need for an overnight stay, including tea, coffee, hot chocolate and biscuits on the hospitality tray. Excellent breakfast with friendly attentive service, served in the atmospheric bistro. Excellent value too in January. Very likely to return

Staff cant do enough for you . Our room was very spacious , clean and comfortable. Looks great since the refurbishment. Comfy bed and breakfast is delicious. Ideal place for us to stay when visiting family.

The check in was easy and staff were welcoming. It would have been a higher rating if they had turned the heating on in the room as both radiators were turned off and the room was very cold when I arrived. It took well over an hour for the room to heat up. Apart from that check in was excellent.

Old, characterful building that we thought must have been recently redecorated, but no, just kept clean and well-presented. Hotel is on an elevated spot away from traffic noise. Plenty of free, easy parking. Warm welcome at reception. Christmas lights had just gone up that day which were tastefully done and looked lovely inside and out. We wanted to go into Leeds City Centre. We drove to the Park&Ride which was easy, efficient and gave a regular service. Definitely recommend this place.
