A nuestra llegada nos comentaron que el desayuno estaba incluido al día siguiente, sin embargo, estuvimos esperando hasta 7:30 am y nunca nos dieron el desayuno. No cuentan con secador de pelo y las conexiones para toma corriente son escasas en la habitación. El lavabo tenía pequeños gusanos.

The entire night dogs barking. After AM the roosters joined dogs with loud noise. We stayed 4th floor which had no hot water to shower and water was barely coming out of shower or faucet. Extremely low water pressure and we didn’t have wifi in 4th floor. The blankets were extremely itchy . Medium friendly staff . Not recommend

We had a good experience with the hotel. But the staff was a little confused with my family and I hotel room. They were mixing up the rooms.

Me cancelaron la reserva horas antes de mi llegada, por lo que ya no me hospedé en el hotel

the place is nice from outside and it has modest rooms, I didn't like the fact that I only saw one electrical outlet in the room, bathroom had 0. and no shampoo and conditioner, they only provide bar soap. The room has no ac but they provide me a fan, which help a lot. But overall the place is nice, nice staff, the person in the front was really nice and gave me recommendations ( I ask for ).

Horrible servicio hacías el huéspedes

Excelente lugar pero recibi un cobro adicional del 5% por utilizar mi TC para pagar la habitación. Primero, no estaba indicado en la página. Segundo, el cobro adicional por utilizar TC es ilegal en Guatemala. Tampoco me dieron factura.

Muy buena, la atención del personal muy amable, el desayuno estuvo bien, solo falto agua purificada en la habitación, nos gusto por ser ambiente familiar, tranquilo, nos dieron lo que indican en la pagina y el precio muy bueno.

This place is so fake , they show pictures of different hotels and the area to stray people to them, there staff is the worse I have ever experienced in my entire life, having a handicap person traveling with us they don’t care about …. Will never recommend this place that should be removed from Expedia and all platforms.

La persona de la recepción muy amamble. Mucho ruido a las 5 de ña mañana con huéspedes mal educados música alta y gritos. No merece la pena por el precio pagado

The location is very close to town and the hotel ticks all the basics that are needed. I'd stay there again if we return to the lake
