We absolutely love Pine Bungalows! Every time we visit, the cabins are spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The attention to detail is outstanding, and it always feels like a home away from home. The staff are some of the friendliest people you'll ever meet, always welcoming and eager to help. The restaurant is fantastic, with incredible food and exceptional service that makes every meal a pleasure. Pine Bungalows holds a very special place in our hearts, and each visit creates more wonderful memories for our family. Thank you to everyone for making our stays so memorable. We can't wait to see you all again in August! Highly recommend!

Incredible location, with excellent staff at all levels

Very peaceful location, well equipped cabin, friendly and helpful staff. It does have WiFi despite the website saying they don’t. However the WiFi is weak and drops out so it’s quite frustrating, particularly when you’re trying to book tickets for the SkyTram! We would recommend it as it’s very comfortable and quiet. You can also walk along by the river or sit on one of the numerous benches by the river. One day, elk wandered through the site which was cute.

A perfect stay! The whole experience was great, with the cabin being amazing, veeeery clean and well equipped, and the staff very helpful and kind. They also give you a newspaper with all the details you may need for your stay which was a great touch. Bonus points for the Kumama restaurant on location which had incredible brunch and dinner options. The location of the cabins is incredible inside the park and next to the river and you can see elks and other animals daily. It’s a 5-10 min drive to the town of Jasper and we mainly took taxis although you can walk (30-40mins) but we didn’t want to have any animal encounters. We’d definitely stay again and hope to do so soon!

Super schöne Unterkunft mitten in der Natur und sehr gute Lage zum Wells Gray Nationalpark. Alles sehr sauber und der Kontakt zu den Mitarbeitenden war auch sehr gut. Wir würden die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen.

The room in the lodge was average and felt significantly overpriced for what was provided. Although the property was not fully booked, no room upgrade was offered. When I asked about getting ice, I was told the ice machine was located across the park, which was quite inconvenient given that we were staying in the lodge. Overall, the experience did not match the price paid.

A fabulous lodge in such a beautiful location. The lodge was a good size, clean, well maintained and the massive queen bed was sooooo comfortable. The park was small which made it very personable. The staff were professional and always very friendly.

Lovely cute cottages perfect for a few days to explore the Jasper area

Pine hotel is well situated on the bank of river. Very nice property. Room are private bungalow with well finished. Place is very quiet and beautiful. Reception staff is very friendly and helpful. Room service staff is very polite and friendly.

We had an amazing time. Place was in a great, peaceful location, but still close to town. Great property.

We slept like never before. We are still talking about it several days later. The peace and quiet are unmatched. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful well maintained cabins with lots of storage and well thought out. Easiest load and unload from the car ever! Firewood provided but was rainy so couldn’t use but is a nice touch. Only stayed two nights but would highly recommend!

The cabin is fair size with a samll kitchen. The curtains can't be fully closed in the middle, which made me felt uncomfortable. I saw a huge dead mosquito (about 1 inch size) on the widow cell when we got into the room. There was dust on the bathroom door and other places. Very cold during nights and no blanket available. I had to wear a hat and put bath towel and jacket over the comfort to keep warm. The fire wood was easy to light a fire outside in the pit behind our cabin. Although the hotel located on a river bank, but ther eis nothing to see.

I would book a stay here again definitely. The property is so nice and clean. The restaurant by the property serves really good food. It was a cozy stay. Bed was very comfortable. It was perfect.

Good lodge accommodation. Spacious and comfortable bedroom with ensuite and fridge. Good location for Jasper and surrounding area. You will need a car or taxi. Lovely situation next to river with elk in the grounds. Restaurant food was fine and nice outside seating area. Several trips pick up from drive nr accommodation.
