Lovely room and view and the staff were amazingly attentive

Lovely and friendly staff as always, beautiful view from my room, always stay there when in Zakopane.

I loved my stay at Villa 11. It is beautifully decorated, extremely comfortable and everything is done to a high quality. Elizabeth is a lovely host and the Prosecco at breakfast on Saturday was a very nice touch! As was the complimentary coffee and snacks available throughout the day. The breakfast was excellent and the lovely staff worked hard to keep it constantly replenished. My only observation is that it would be best to stay here with a car. Whilst I loved being out of town with great views, it was often a 30-45 minute walk to get places (although the top of Kuprowki St is about 20 minutes away). But it is certainly a lovely place to stay and I thoroughly enjoyed it, thank you.

From booking to departure our experience was wonderful. Elizabeth, the hostess, provided great recommendations for sightseeing, restaurants and taxis. The rooms had balconies with beautiful views and we're very clean. The hotel location was away from the town tourist noise yet still confident to walk or taxi to everything.

Bardzo przyjemne i komfortowe miejsce, nowoczesne i ciepłe wnętrza i wspaniały widok z balkonu! Śniadania przepyszne, obsługa bardzo życzliwa. Idealne miejsce na odpoczynek po aktywnym dniu w górach :) Polecam a sama na pewno tam jeszcze wrócę!

No fault with staff or their service, very happy with that. The free breakfast was amazing, such a great spread of food options which change daily and you can take as much as you like or pack it up to eat later. We liked the design of the property which is typical of properties in the southern region. We only had minor faults with this villa which are; no smart TVs so your forced to watch in Polish without access to Netflix or Amazon Prime etc, the whole bathroom essentially becomes a wet room because water splashes onto the floor towards the sink and toilet which isn't practical, particularly a lot of water when two people showering together. They should install another glass door separating the shower from the rest of the bathroom. Our fridge smelled of fish the whole week although we didn't tell the staff to clean it. Power to room is only applied when the door card is left in the rooms wall switch, so when you're out the villa the fridge will be switched off. Staff are gone after 2pm so if you need them you'll have to wait until next morning but this is to be expected from a villa property, it's not a hotel after all. Staff are available through text or phone call however.

It was excellent the staff, rooms breakfast very friendly staff especially at the front desk Elizabeth very helpful person. A bit of stairs to the top but it was worth It we love this place.

Uhriges, modernes und gemütliches Hotel. Zimmer sind sehr ordentlich, jeden Tag wird sauber gemacht (Bett, Handtücher, etc.). Alles in allem: Sehr empfehlenswert!

I was pleasantly surprised that Villa 11 is a beautiful chalet-style hotel. The room was large and well appointed with an excellent bathroom with shower stall. The breakfast room was convenient and my daughter enjoyed the sauna. It was an excellent choice for our two day visit to Zakopane and I would recommend it to anyone going there...

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Zimmer mit Blick auf die Berge. Das Frühstück ist sehr lecker mit frisch auf Wunsch gemachten Omelett, Säften und man darf sich sogar Brot für Wanderungen mitnehmen.

The room was way too small for two adults and typical travel baggage. Half the room was taken up by a juccuzi--how stupid! And it did not work. We reserved and paid for 2 night and left after 1 because there was no water.

Very nice, great breakfast,plenty to chose from. Look forward to going there again.
