Lokasinya bagus dan kamar mandinya juga bagus, tetapi selama saya menginap, kamar tersebut mengalami masalah dengan kunci pintu dan AC bocor. Karena sistemnya tidak memiliki staf tetap, perbaikan masalahnya cukup lambat. Tetapi setelah masalahnya teratasi, semuanya baik-baik saja.

Saya memesan hotel untuk 3 malam, menginap selama 2 malam, dan kemudian meminta pembersihan. Pihak hotel mengatakan mereka hanya membersihkan kamar setiap 4 hari sekali. Bayangkan betapa kotornya kamar jika tidak dibersihkan setiap 4 hari! Sementara itu, saya melihat staf kebersihan membersihkan kamar lain, dan mereka mengatakan mereka tidak akan membersihkan kamar saya selama 4 malam yang saya minta.

Sangat bagus, tetapi saya ingin menambahkan detail tentang cara menghubungi pihak properti saat check-in. Detailnya tidak banyak.

Overall the stay & room was great. But here's some pointers: Room is quite big for one but would suffice for 2 max.:) Had difficulty trying to locate the place as I didn't know it was just a small gate since there's no reception. Called multiple times to the hotel number before they pick up and told me to contact via line for the entrance password. Customer service is not well done and could be improved with a pre stay instructions as not everyone will be familiar. Location is not that near to Taipei Main station and it takes about 7 mins walk to the nearest bus stop to head to the city areas. Room is not soundproof, could hear loud noises from inconsiderate neighbors. Oh, check in strictly 4pm, inflexible but you can store your luggage at the open area inside
