The room is spacious, more than what we expected. The bed is comfortable, bathroom is spot free, with huge mirror and ample slab space to place your make-up and other personal toiletry items. There is a fridge much bigger than the usual I have seen from other hotels and a microwave. Housekeeping team will ensure your room will always kept clean and tidy. The service people are very attentive. Buffet service trays and platters will never run empty. Counters are continuously being cleaned up during the buffet .Breakfast hall has reasonably ample choices, muffins, cereals, breads, scrambled eggs, sausages, great brewed coffee, juices, yogurt. Pancakes are served fresh thru an automatic machine. We arrived half past midnight, exhausted and starving (delayed flight plus traffic), Raj from the Reception desk gave us a warm welcome. Anticipated our needs before we even ask. He discussed hotel’s policy, facility in a very concise but well understood manner. Raj, I should say, is an exemptional breed from the hospitality industry. He always give an extra mile of service. A place that we will definitely return to on our next visit to Boston.

$20 increase in rate for checking in before 3pm. Do I get a rebate for checking out 4 hours early? Otherwise, good stay in nice room.

I booked this completely blind and was very happy with everything from finding it to parking to how nice and quiet it was! It was the perfect choice!

The check in was informative, the person at check in answered all my questions. The room was clean, except the carpet which was embarrassingly filthy. The had a small trash bucket. Also there was short in the iron or the outlet so we couldn’t use it. The bath water came out brown and there was brown stains around the shower head. The bed was comfortable, breakfast was good and the room was warm. Ok for 1 night

We were so warmly greeted and cared for at this hotel. Everything was clean, functional, and comfortable. The free breakfast was a nice bonus. Every single staff member was kind, courteous and attentive as well. Though this is a "chain" hotel, they run it like a small family business which is very nice.

Bed bugs all over the beds. A hostile and defensive attitude from owner when shown evidence. Room was stuffy and had an odor. Refund was refused. We spent $300 on the room and maybe 10 minutes inside the room before leaving.

I really like this place I will definitely be going back in a few months!

When checking in front desk wanted us to pay additions $20 for each child age 12 and above. Luckily i had booked the room for 2 adults and 2 children. Be aware of these additional charges during your booking.

The breakfast choices were very limited and they did not brought out enough food on the weekend days so we had to wait for them to make more because only a few people could eat at a time

Stone age utilities and appliances. Nice enough staff. Bathroom floor not cleaned when I first came into room.

My reservation was lost, but the manager helped me figure everything out and made sure my family and I had a room for the night. I was very impressed with the service and greatly appreciate the effort management made. I highly recommend this hotel!
