Clean and friendly

The hardworking staff are the stars of this property. Busy weekend in Lawrence with the big12 track and field championship AND KŪHIŌ graduation ceremonies. Your staff were flawless. Congrats!

Great staff!

Our stay was fine

We were sold a room with no furniture and a dismantled window shade. It was late and we were too tired to complain. At checkout we were told that the room was “out of service” and we should never have been placed in the room. Staff said they would tell the hotel manager, but since they have their money and we have never heard from them, I’m sure this has been swept under the rug. There are plenty of good hotels in Lawrence, and we travel there often, but we won’t stay at this hotel ever again.

First time stay and was very pleased

Staff was super friendly. The property and room were very clean. Breakfast was also great!

Very noisy up to the we hours with big kids yelling, could hear the kids in the next room , the floors in room was not the cleanest

Tv size was huge!!! No local laminated tv guide list for all the tv channels. Dorm size fridge in the room. Queen size beds seemed small. The bathroom was descent size, and the shower had great water pressure! Overall the room was very clean with an open floor concept with vibrant colors! The staff was friendly and courteous!!

Great property, close to many food options and shopping. Clean and spacious rooms.

We had a three night stay and room was not tended to every day to replace towels and make beds. For $700 I would think it would be a daily service.

The hotel was nice. It was way more expensive than most and we travel.alot. It was sold out so many paid the expensive price. I assumed it was overpriced because of its great location.

The bathroom was not totally clean (hair in shower and overall not clean. Also paper was peeling off). Property is rundown. Not up to Hilton standards. I will look for another hotel to stay in next year.

The room was poorly maintained and the bed, sink, and shower had hair from precious occupant(s).

Hotel was completely booked with lots of kids for a basketball tournament. Very noisy at night and in the mornings. Tv channels wouldn’t load, the manager at the front desk was irritated that i asked for help with the tv. She said she would be up in a few minutes to help- she never showed. Laundry facility was disgusting. Won’t stay again.

Beds are a bit uncomfortable but room is clean and has a lot of food options in parking lot. Lots of parking. Construction was being completed behind the hotel during my stay but didn’t start until 9, which was pretty considerate.

Bare bones nothing special
