Comfortable

온수안나옴 -> 몇번을 이야기해도 거짓말만함! 필리핀 워커. 단체숙박으로 분위기 험악해서 아이들이나 성인여성 돌아다니기에 위험하게 느껴짐. 수영장도 오픈안하고. 얼음도 잠가놓고 여러가지로 최악의 숙소였네요

The rooms, the rate, the excellent customer service, the buildings, and the location.

The quality of service is poor at this hotel. We had reserved a crib, but on the first day, which was a late night arrival, the crib was not provided and had to be provided the next day due to the absence of staff.The first night was sleep deprived as I had to be careful not to let my child fall out of bed. We also contacted the hotel after checkout when we realized we had left our jackets in the closet, but they responded that they could not find the jackets.We certainly do not trust the hotel's answer as we made sure the jacket was in the closet before we checked out.

キッチン付きのブィラです。 レンタカーを借りたので、ドンキホーテに大きな骨付肉を買いに行き、焼いて食べたりして 住むように暮らせました。　 素晴らしい体験でした。　　　き肉を買ってきました

Great price and space convenient for our family. Wasn't the first time we stayed there. We enjoyed our stay, need some touch up renovations. And even though tiles need to be replaced atleast clean floors would be nice! Also under beds and tables too. Some staff were nice and some moody. It's nice to have welcoming professional staffs especially when traveling away from home and with your family.

It’s more of what we didn’t like. Room was not what request on line during reservation it was not so clean, no conditioner room door knob was broken 😦

Aircon not working, there was a pair of clothing outside of my room, Room had a dirty scent. Light not working in one room, neighbors noisy.

家族で3泊しゅくはくしました。 部屋は広く立地もよかったです。 ただ、せっかくのバストイレがふたつずつあるのに一つがといれの水漏れで一つのバスルームしか使えず残念でした。

値段相応でした。

Good accommodation for large group

レンタカーがあれば、買い物して部屋で料理が出来ていいかと思います。トロリーバスが、昔のように走ってないので、大変不便でした。ホテル自体は、古いので、まあまあ良い方だと思います。冷蔵庫が小さくなっていて、物が入らなくて、困りました。もうすこし大きくしてほしいです。

良かった点 赤ちゃん連れで行くには良い場所です。 買い物もkマートまで歩いたり、サークルkもとてもよかったです。 悪かった点 3泊で、2泊目の掃除がなかった点、現地の方が泊まっていた様で、夜中うるさく、眠れない日がありました。

Our stay was very cozy and comfortable. the hotel was very clean, quite and with nice garden and pool. very easy access to the town by walk and small mart very near.

静かで良い。タモンからも離れていてゆっくりできます。レンタカーは必ず必要かな。少し古いですがグアム滞在に何を求めるかで最高の場所になりますよ！ 我が家はここしか考えられません。
