I liked that or room had a little kitchen, although somehow when we left and returned it smelled like smoke. The staff was very helpful. To bad when we make last minute reservations, the room is not ready, even tho it states check in at 3pm. You would think these rooms would be turnkey ready. Also, surprisingly, there is no room service for meals, that was a first.

Need a little update, the room is a bit dusty. Needs cleaning specially the toilet area. Towels need to be bleach

Outstanding service from the staff. The was very clean and the amenities were great. The hotel was right on Tumon Bay…beautiful sunsets. Excellent breakfast buffet in the morning. I really liked the infinity pool that overlooked Tumon Bay.

The room was clean the shower had a little mold but, to be expected, the staff was really nice and the view was lovely

Despite not having power the facility was running good compared to other hotels that I’ve stayed with similiar circumstances.

We stayed in Crowne Plaza for 5 days then switched to Lotte Guam. We have to say Lotte has lots of room to improve their service. 1. Front desk staff told us there is an ice bucket in our room, however we did not see it. 2. Breakfast selections are poor. 3. There is no any signs in the room that call locally will charge a fee. When we check out, they charged us 0.75/minute. 4. If you lose your towel card or room cards, you will get charged (thank God! we didn't lose any of the cards) Overall, we do not recommend this hotel to our friends and family.

部屋の温度調節ができない。常に冷房が22℃に設定されており、寒くて不快。 ファンのオンオフだけ操作可能。ファンを切ると部屋中に水滴が現れ、電化製品がショートするのではないかという恐怖があったためファンはオンのまま過ごした。 二度とこのホテルに泊まることはないです。

괌에 9번 갔고 롯데8번 갔는데 이번을 마지막으로 다신 안갈거임 그 친절한 한국 직원들 다 빠지고 거의 망해가는 흏가처럼... 인포에 뚱뚱한 새로왔다는 백인?아줌마 어이없고 짜증나고 그여자땜에 다시는 안갈거임!! 그 여자는 한국사람을 무시함.. 한국인이 대부분인 호텔에서...나는 그여자가 총지배인줄 알았음 참나.. 온지 얼마안돴다더라고 다른 여자 매니저가 말함

This hotel was overall good experience. The ocean view was very good. The bed was comfortable. Shower had good water pressure and the room also had a large tub. Was some bird waste on the balcony. The elevators go to there destination quickly. Staff was great. Starbucks and Bar on property. Many good pools and gym for guests. Love the aesthetic art near the beach.

We love staying at the Lotte. The beach access/area is a little more private than other parts of Tumon beach. The room is spacious; the bathroom is large with great lighting options. The balcony door for our room was extremely hard to open and close this stay. Our room also had issued staying cold/getting cold if you opened either the hotel door or balcony door for too long. The Beng Teng Spa is our favorite on island. We book massages whether we are staying there or not. If your room is located in the tower/beach view balcony then the parking is a little annoying. There IS a parking lot at the bottom of you side of the hotel however the "Staff Door" can be locked at inconvenient times even though all the guests were using it to get in and out. The parking located at the main entrance is VERY small/limited and the parking across the street is far enough. Having to park on your side of the hotel and still having to walk around to the main entrance is an oversight we hope to see remedied on our next visit. We had special offers during this stay. Free bottle of wine and free beers and cocktails at the pool after 8 or 830pm and it was adults only during that time. Overall we would still choose to stay at the Lotte. The amenities make up for the quirks we dont care for as much.

Rooms were well maintained and spacious. Room amenities had everything needed for a comfortable stay.

The gentleman at check in was great. The female at checkout was terrible.
