Rating & Review Keseluruhan Sleep Inn Terre Haute University Area

The property itself was fine, but being on the first floor I could hear conversations being had in the lobby as well as the lobby phone every time it rang.

I got there an took a shower, after that i noticed the phone didnt work or the air was blowing warm. I went to the frint desk an they told me since i was there over a hr i cant get a different room. So i was in a muggy room with no phone.

It was better than I expected and a great price

This hotel was disgusting and filled with cockroaches and the staff was completely unprofessional. They charged my card twice for a $150 deposit. They were unkind and not professional. They were out in the lobby, using it like their own living room and using very bad language as well as profanity. I would never stay here again and they will definitely try and raise the rate on there rooms if you try to stay one more night. Again, this hotel is filled with bugs and disgusting. Do not stay here!

Our stay was nice just a few things. No hair dryer was provided and the sink in room #131 drained extremely slow.

The public bathroom near lobby was not clean...toilet. Staff exceptionally good

Handy location right off of I-70. Good hot breakfast, comfortable bed, and quiet even though the interstate is close by.

The staff was great, room clean and surprisingly quiet. Great hot breakfast as well. Will utilize again when I'm back in Terre Haute for sure

The reviews were right - breakfast here is a step above, with real biscuits & gravy too! Rooms are big, clean and have nice eco-friendly amenities. Beds are comfy too! A good find.

Had to cut my trip 2days early (89 y/o mom issues). Expedia tried to reach the hotel but no answer. I finally got through. No empathy with the general manager, Mona and no refunds for the 2days. Both the Delta Airline and Sixt car rental had no problem allowing for the change and didn’t charge me for 2days. Disappointing and unlikely I will book with Sleep Inn or any Choice Hotels again.

Everything was good. We will probably stay here again if back in the area.

It was an okay hotel, but it really needs updated. The staff was good and helpful. It was quiet.

This was a great choice for us. Clean, comfortable and a good location for our trip. The hotel property was good, but the area near the hotel was some empty lots.
