Lokasi jauh. Kamar tidak bersih. Tidak ada lift, tergantung lokasi kamar berkekuatan Internet.

Jujur, sangat kecewa. Saya memesan tempat tidur Standard Double tetapi ternyata 2 tempat tidur single terpasang tidak ada fasilitas seperti gantungan baju, sandal, dan tempat tidur tidak rapi. Tidak ada lift. Saya tidak merekomendasikan untuk para pelancong dari luar negeri yang memiliki banyak barang bawaan seperti kami.

Pro: kamar dan tempat tidur yang bagus. Tempat dijamin karena mereka tidak akan mengizinkan orang yang tidak terdaftar untuk naik ke atas. mari kita pinjam pemanas agar saya bisa minum kopi dan teh. Kontra: tekanan air pancuran lemah. tidak ada gantungan atau sandal yang disediakan.tidak ada pembersihan kamar selama menginap. harus menaiki tangga ke lantai 3. tidak ada resepsionis 24 jam. tidak ada telepon rumah di kamar.

Went there for an early check in to drop off some things because I have a doctors appointment. I was told there was an additional fee for an early check in to which I was not informed beforehand. The receptionist or the guy at the lobby was also very rude and impolite. I was with my mom, housekeeper, and housekeeper’s son and he told me right away, I can’t get inside because there’s four of us. When in fact, I never said we’re all going inside (fyi my housekeeper and her son is going home anyway after dropping my things). Very rude. What a waste of time, resources, and energy for some unnecessary things. I booked the place in the first place so that I would be comfortable during my doctors appointment. If I were to give a score card, it’s 0/10. Thank you

No pool. No elevator. No more micro and ref. But still, I will comeback here. Coz I love the room. Fd is very friendly and accommodating.
