They are what we thought they were. No frills but chill. Good breakfast. Clean, inexpensive, & convenient.

It’s a student residence building used as a hotel stay in summer. Pros: location within 10 min walk to subway. 24-hr security, daily breakfast buffet decent, gym and recreational amenities; laundry facility on-site. Spacious room and bathroom. Value for your money ( relatively speaking) Cons: no frills bare bone room without hangers in closet, no water kettle, mini fridge etc. I would probably stay again if I return

Would've liked something to drink out of(Glass?) In the room. Parking was great,breakfast was great! Location can't be any better;the staff was attentive.

Convenient and free breakfast is a plus. Area for improvement would be hangers in room and ice available.

Super affordable for what we got. It was nice to have separate rooms. Plenty of space. Clean and modern bathrooms/dorms. Breakfast included was a nice perk. Definitely would stay here or some place similar again.

This was a very pleasant surprise, I enjoyed my stay! A few things that could be improved: woo ok I’ll be nice to have takeout coffee cups in case you want to take your coffee with you. Also, my closets had no hangers, which is annoying. Finally, the blinds are too transparent; it would be really great to have blackout blinds.

Decent clean, the bed and towels it feels clean. No rug then the floor was very clean delicious breakfast, my daughter used to live in Campus 1, some kids complained about food but for me was really good clean tables and breakfast dining. I take breakfast every day and I don't have complaints it was beyond my expectations.

Correct, nettoyage de la chambre sous demande sinon pas de passage même si programmé. Petit déjeuner sans changement durant tous le séjour, même ingrédients chaque jour. Et enfin, je remercie le personnel pour leur accueil et aussi leur disponibilité, grâce à eux on a fermé les yeux sur les autres points.

Campus1 is very easy to navigate. Staff was very friendly especially when we got locked out of our room. Complimentary breakfast was superb!

At first I thought it was going to be a dorm room rented as a hotel room for the summer; not so. Having been military, I'm fine with spartan so the room was excellent: two-person bed, desk, closet, bath, sofa, two night stands, lamp, and immaculately clean. The 18th floor view to Mount Royal was fantastic. The building was busy, which means something: students, families, elder travelers, and not noisy at night. The desk staff to a person was way more than just "nice;" they were helpful, engaging, convivial. The security desk staff was both locked-on and considerate, helpful, polite. And: four nights in Montreal in July just up the Rue Sherbrooke from the art museum and all the restaurants, totally affordable, I think. Only two matters: the mattress is FIRM, which is fine, though I was done with military mattresses decades ago, and, yes, a minifridge would have been nice... perhaps some clothing hangers in the closet. Nevertheless, breakfast each morning was diverse in choices and good for what is also a student apartment complex; I liked college so maybe that's part of it too... I intend to stay there again.
