トイレが臭い

綺麗に清掃されており気持ちよく過ごせました。 フロントの男性の方やレストランの方が優しく対応してくれました。 特に朝ごはんの種類が豊富で野菜もシャキシャキしていて美味しかったです。 マッサージチェアが無料で使え旅の疲れがだいぶ癒されました。 機会があればぜひまた泊まりたいです。

Nice hotel for a reasonable cost

Great location and we had a room with view over castle ruins. Easy to walk to Grand Shrine. Rooms were a good size for Japan

I am so happy I found Hotel New Palace. The rooms are clean and large, staff is gracious, breakfast is really good. The onsen is a bonus. So nice for a relaxing soak every evening. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will stay here in the future if I return to Shingu.

広くてゆったり出来ました。 清潔感もあり良かったです。

浴缸水很小之外，其餘不錯。

シングルの部屋が広い。スペースに余裕があって過ごしやすい部屋でした。新宮駅から徒歩5分でアクセスもいいです。

清潔感があり、周辺も静かで良かったです。

大晦日と言うことで　年越しそばのサービスなどとてもきめ細かいサービスでした

値段相応かなぁ

部屋の広さ、明るさは2人での宿泊には十分快適でした。ただドリンクは粉末の日本茶しかなく、コーヒーや紅茶が飲みたい方は要注意です。

いつも安定してるホテル 周りのホテルよりも綺麗です。

Nice big, new, clean room. Amazing breakfast buffet. Convenient walk to the station, castle ruins, and Taisha. A little confusing at first because you enter on the ground floor by the parking garage, but the check in lobby is on the third floor. Just go up and have a nice stay.

清潔で値段もリーゾナブル

熊野古道めぐり時に宿泊しました、長い階段を登り疲れた体には大浴場が有り難かったです。朝食バイキングも美味しく頂きました。

宿泊日は　ツアーバスで　団体が多かったせいか　禁煙ルームが取れず　喫煙ルームに泊まったのですが　清掃してあっても　やはり　煙草の匂いがしていました。 朝食は　チェックインの時　つけてもらい　1500円でしたが　内容的には　少し高いと思います。 友人が　送迎してくれたので　駅からのアクセスなど　全く不明ですが　食事する場所などには　遠いかな　と言う感じです。利便性を考えると　もう少し　駅近のホテルの方が良かった 気もしました。 ただ　温泉がついているのが　良かった点ですが　朝は　入浴出来ないようです。

L’hotel est propre. Par contre, il y a des chambres fumeurs. A cause de ca , malgré que notre chambre était non fumeur, il y avait une odeur de cigarette. Au niveau du confort, les lits ont un matelas dur. Tout de meme acceptable comme chambre pour le prix
