Very nice very safe stay quiet

Always great to stay at this hotel. The staff is always friendly and professional . We usually go to the restaurant later in the evening and the food is excellent and staff is always accommodating in the late hours of service .

For the price, I expected a better water view

We had to change rooms as the TV didn't work. First the reception staff tried to fix it, then the engineer had to come out and he to take the TV off the wall. He got it to work but then we had issues shortly again after. They then changed our room but we got a room we didn't originally book. The dog fee at $60 per night is also excessive. Especially as I had to go and ask reception to go clean our room because by 3pm nothing had been done. At check out, I didn't even get asked how our stay was. It wasn't all bad, but it did leave a dent in our entire experience / long weekend in Beaufort.

10/10 recommend. Excellent customer service from front desk team.

Nice facility, clean, good ambiance. Layout is strange, be prepared for valet parking, and a long walk to your room in most cases.

Great place to be. The personal is very respectful and smiling. The room is very clean and modern. Only bémol is spotty wifi and parking

Brochure says self park is over 200 yards (2 football fields) Hotel is not within walking distance from downtown Beaufort so you have to use valet to visit the town.Main hotel has nice water view but the Nextdoor annex not so much. Did not use restaurant/bar but they looked over the bay with good views. Will not use the hotel again as there are better options

It was/is a great facility. Very, very nice!

Beautiful property. Great for sunrise and sunset watching. Super bartending crew. Note: the thermostat is sensor activated so be prepared for a warm room when you return from a day out.

Very attentive staff and nice facilities. Didn't care for parking.
