Excellent location, about 4 minutes walk to main piazza and very good value for the price. Franca, the owner, who speaks good English, is very nice and gave us great advice about various events and good restaurants within easy walking distance and made sure our stay was very pleasant. The day we arrived, unknown to us, was a major feast day. She sent us a message in advance to arrive a bit earlier and even got in our vehicle to help us successfully and quickly find a parking spot. The breakfast was very good with excellent coffees, cornetti, and even some meats, hard boiled eggs and yogurt. There were multiple outlets for our electronics, the air con was strong, the refrigerator adequate, and the shower was strong and hot. We would definitely stay again. Mille grazie Franca.

This interesting and beautiful property is well situated in the centro storico close to the Duomo. The room was very comfortable and charming. Franca was delightful and hospitable, providing us with local tips and delicious breakfast. While there is parking available near the b&b, our GPS mistakenly routed us through the centro storico ZTL, so would advise checking your route in advance. What a beautiful place, hope to stay there again sometime!

I would recommend this property to everyone. Management was the best you can get.

Rent och fint, tyst och lugnt, vänligt bemötande, god frukost - prisvärt! Utmärkt läge, men kan vara svårt att hitta om man följer GPS (p.g.a höjdskillnader). Utgår man från Piazza Duomo och följer Via Maria Paterno Arezzo upp till vänster ca 200m kan det inte gå fel.

At the top of the world, close to the Duomo, couldn’t ask for better.

Clean and spacious. Shower was great. Can’t be over 5’10” to use the upstairs. The neighborhood was scary at first but the people in the shops are friendly. Very close to Elephant square and the umbrella district which is so fun! Neighbors are friendly.

The hotel is in a great location, the host is very nice and was also flexible with our check in (we forgot to say when we would arrive, but no problem), breakfast was great, the room was very nice and clean and comfortable.

Rapporto qualità-prezzo ottimo, arricchito il tutto dalla gentile presenza della proprietaria, professionale e disponibile al 100%. Casetta dotata dei comfort necessari per una permanenza piacevole a Ragusa Ibla; peccato che quest'ultima abbia restrizioni e limitazioni legate alla presenza di svariate ZTL e è meglio informarsi bene sull'apertura o meno di suddette zone in determinati periodi o giorni della settimana. Per il resto tutto VERY OK!

Franca est une personne très agréable et serviable. Nous avon été très bien reçu. La chambre avait toute les commodités et l’endroit était très bien situé.
