It was raining very hard and the number of the house was not visible from the street. It was clean except for children's fingerprints on the inside of the bedroom door.

Great place to live

I wanted this property to be good, but it was terrible. The walls are paper thin. Had some couple on both sides of the room that talked to 3am and one of them had sex multiple times. Was pretty awful to be honest. Had 3-4 hours sleep. Would not recommend if you need sleep for a busy day at work the next day.

The property is like a Deluxe "Lodge style" accomodation - beautiful common areas with doors leading off. Our room (D6) was one with own kitchenette and small lounge and bedrooms for family of 5. The sofa lounge was uncomfortable and stained so hidden by blankets . We required this as a bed for our son who ended up in our bed. You could feel the springs in the main bed mattress otherwise everything else was good. Checking in was a bit off putting as we opted to pay at property and arrived at 5.30 only to be told through the door buzzer contactless check in was arranged and a key was put through a security latch. we found the property address but was confused if we could park in driveway or on street parking or if was the accomodation we booked ,you can see into the property and looked like the image in main pic of Flatbush marketing which wasnt what we booked. Wasnt until we let ourselves in we realised the setup. Alot could of been explained if were allowed to check in person. The property then charged a 2.5% card processing fee for contactless check in (which we didnt want) We never saw a $50 bond deposit mentioned when booking but charge held. we msg the property about this and was just told its as per booking policy and if we had an issue contact expedia. Overall it is a nice property just not what we expected with a few miscommunications/charges which could of been avoided. We were already flustered driving through the city with Narrow streets to arrive.

The ambience and the state of the property

Beautiful property everything was great.

Excellent cleanliness, kitchen for cooking facility and food storage. Plenty of coffee and tea. Very pleasant to stay at.

People in joint lounge would leave windows open over night and there would be so many bugs in building

Good for what you’re expecting. It’s camper-style, where your room is just the beds and the bathrooms and kitchen are a separate, shared facility. Decently clean, but there’s certainly an aspect of “roughing it,” it’s not a hotel.

The property was a suburban house in a different street to the reception. Very modern and new. Comfy bed.

Lovely communal kitchen area. Didn't like the ur who told me off for parking on the street!

Needed a heater. The hot water in the shower took ages to get warm. The TV wouldn't click in to TV mode in the morning. A nice stay and value for money though thank you

Personnel d'une serviabilité exceptionnelle ! Les chambres sont parfaites, les parties communes avec la cuisine et le salon sont magnifiques, je ne m'attendais pas à aussi bien ni autant de considération humaine!

Pas grand chose, étions restés juste 1 nuit. 2A et 2E (3 et 7 ans) avant Rotorua. Mais la surprise interressante de la chambre 1 duplex fonctionnel.

We liked it all ..nice n clean abit small for 5 0f us 3..Adults n 2 4/5 yr olds ..we enjoyed it very much 👍 But the grounds needs a good going over ,afew weeds about n the recycling ♻️ Bins need to be emptied or bigger Bins .. All in All we enjoyed our stays 😀

Self check in was very handy, close to airport for late arrival, very nice room and bed very comfortable. Well appointed facilities, everything seemed brand new
