Fantastisk sted. Helt klart en god oplevelse. Super rent værelse. Flinke og venligt personale. Lækker mad. Gode drinks. Fantastisk morgenmad. Fed beliggenhed. Super terrasse og fin “park”. Helt klart en fem stjernet oplevelse. I nærheden i gåafstand få restauranter og vinbarer.

Helt nydelig hotell! Veldig god mat og vakkert slott

Hallo, das Schlosshotel Lieser war eine Buchung für 2 Nächte die wir gecht hatten, das Geld wert. Aber das Frühstück ließ für diese Kategorie von Hotel leider zu wünschen übrig. Das ist verbesserungswürdig. Das Hausrestaurant ist leider nicht empfehlenswert. Die Speisekarte verspricht gutes, aber leider wird man leider sehr enttäuscht, wenn das Essen serviert wird.

Overnattede 4 nætter slut juli. Trods +30 grader udenfor er der intet område til udendørs at sidde og slappe af og få lidt sol. Spa og pool var indendørs. I det hele taget et lidt underligt ophold da der virkede mennesketomt - såvel gæster som personale.

Nice historical building, but unfortunately the service was not to the same level. Rude, slow and not even offering to help with luggage when our room didn’t have a lift going all the way up. Limited varieties and slow service at breakfast. Did not try the dinner restaurant. Would not say it’s with the price.

Our family stayed at Schloss Lieser to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary, and it was a truly memorable experience. The property itself is stunning, with each room uniquely decorated and warm, elegant, and inviting. The staff was consistently friendly, attentive, and eager to help, making us feel genuinely welcome throughout our stay. The spa and pool area were immaculate and provided a wonderful place to relax. The food was creative, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious. What made our celebration especially meaningful were the thoughtful touches from the staff. They beautifully decorated our bed for our anniversary and also decorated the table for our family dinner, making the occasion feel truly special. Those gestures meant so much to us and our family. The only suggestion I would offer is regarding the pacing of the five-course dinner. While each course was excellent, the meal lasted nearly four hours, which felt a bit too long. A slightly quicker pace would have made the dining experience even more enjoyable. Overall, Schloss Lieser is a beautiful destination with exceptional hospitality. We would gladly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay.

Et unikt sted. Slottets stil er bevaret så oplevelsen af at bo på et slot virker autentisk. Det ligger med smuk udsigt til Mosel. Hvis jeg absolut skal pege på lidt malurt så er det ærgerligt de har fjernet minibaren på værelset. Lieser er en meget lille by, men man kan stå på færgen tæt ved slottet og nyde en smuk sejltur. Bernkastel - Kues ligger også tæt ved. Det tager 5 minutter med en taxi.

Fabelaktig hotell. Kommer tilbake.

Lovely location, room was OK, but had ant infestation in the bathroom which went inside our toiletries which the front staff didn’t seem bothered by. Breakfast was nice, gym was decent and the schnitzel restaurant 5mins walk down the road was fantastic

Fantastisk god mat ,men dårlig service og oppfølging av kelnere,ingen spurte om noen ting ,hverken om vi manglet noe eller om dessert før vi reiste oss og var ferdige .ellers 20€ i parkering og 6€ i gata .Det er ikke AC der,men ventilasjon med tem.reg og svært varmt på rommet om natta.Men fint slott er det .

Stunning architecture and a truly beautiful castle, but unfortunately the experience falls well below expectations. Despite being one of the most expensive hotels in the Mosel region, the service simply doesn’t match the price. There’s no minibar in the room and no convenient drink options. Room service ends at 9 p.m., and although there’s a bar, service is practically over after 11. It honestly feels like the hotel expects everyone to be in bed by then, which is surprising for a luxury property. Breakfast was average, nothing special. The biggest disappointment, however, was the hotel’s restaurant, Puricelli. The menu is extremely limited, and the dishes look nothing like the photos shown online. The only real main course option is basically a burger with fries, which is far below what you’d expect here. Overall, the hotel is visually spectacular, but the service, dining, and overall value don’t match the price point. My rating would be 6.5 out of 10.

This is a gorgeous property on a wonderful location on the river. Be sure to have dinner because the restaurant is excellent

We spent 3 nights in this beautiful hotel. Staff were extremely helpful and pleasant and food was very good. The bikes we rented were of great quality. Overall, we had a wonderful stay in this great location.

Schloss Lieser is a wonderful start to any Mosel journey. The 19th-century Puricelli castle has been beautifully restored as an Autograph Collection hotel that keeps its historical character intact original family portraits, period details, and a real sense of place throughout. Our room was spacious and tastefully decorated, with a great balance between historic atmosphere and modern comfort. The location directly on the Mosel, surrounded by vineyards, is exceptional. Breakfast was excellent and the staff warm and professional. The Puricelli Restaurant was a highlight, with refined cuisine and an outstanding selection of Mosel Rieslings. Highly recommended.
