Great property

Nice room for 2 people, however for family with 2 teenagers I am not recommended. Biggest issues was a garbage that you can not trashed must keep in room due to complicated recycling processes in Japan. Therefore we did not cook in apartment, and went to eat outside only.

Very much enjoyed our stay. We moved apartments due to dates so started off in 903 then moved to 501. Both apartments were lovely but beware of the low bed frame in 903 which has hard sharp edges and is hidden by the duvet cover (I whacked my leg on it when walking round to the balcony!) The sofa beds are ok for sitting on but would be a bit uncomfortable for sleeping. Beds were comfy and the apartment was well equipped. The area was very central and the supermarket right across the road was a bonus. Close to the subway station and we would highly recommend the okonomiyaki restaurant at the end of the street.

Great property and great location

It was a good stay! The host is very responsive. It will be helpful to have more hooks around bathroom areas to hang stuff. Otherwise it’s a great place for short stay close to downtown Osaka.

We enjoyed our stay here. Good location, walking distance from shopping and eating area and good connections. Apartment was clean and well equipped. Property owner was very welcoming and communicative.

Everytbing was exaclty as the pucture showed. Plenty of staroage room. Tons on towels and blanckets and pillows. Slippers for all the guests. Qr codes for 4 different languages including English. Very easy to access even after check-in time. I would definitely stay here again for another trip to Osaka.

We visited in July, with 33-36 degrees Celsius outside (90-97 degrees Fahrenheit), and the room temperature was almost the same when we arrived. The AC wasn’t very efficient, and we never got the temperature down as much as we wanted. Also, the general standard was lower than we expected based on the three star rating. But the location was nice, and the washing machine and other equipment were easy to operate. The information from the owner was thorough and helpful.

　道頓堀まで徒歩で行けて、目の前にスーパーがあるので買い物したり非常に便利でした。 お部屋も清潔感があって掃除が行き届いていました。 楽しく旅ができました。ありがとうございます。

Great and spacious place to stay! Very clear instructions from the host and a clean place with all the necessary amenities. The only drawback is that the property is a little bit far from the train station but loved the stay regardless

先ず観光には立地が最高です。建物も感じが良いし部屋も綺麗でした。4人での生活に適してますね。シャワーだけしか使いませんでしたが、バスタブも深くて大きかったです。徒歩10分の所に温泉があったので、そちらも使えて楽しかったです。隣がスーパーだったので、弁当も食材も調達できて便利でした。また次回もお願いしたいと思います。

民家が立ち並ぶので、地理に詳しくない人は大通りに出たほうが分かりやすい。また、人通りの多い、立体駐車場など利用したほうが車場荒らし対策になる。

整體來說真的很棒，環境舒適整齊乾淨，對面是24小時超市，對我帶寶出門的新手媽媽來說真是太方便啦

We were to get 500 MB of data a day but we only got it on our first and last day. The map that was sent to find our way from the station to the hotel was at least 2 years out of date, the exit that we were to start from had been closed for 2 years. then there was building work going on and everything had changed. But the apartment itself was OK and in a good area.
