Avoid this place! Rooms were dirty there was mould all over the bathroom couple of weed smokers were in other rooms and it smelled disgusting we didn’t even spend more than 20 minutes there and they didn’t give a refund.

Checking in was easy, this was done over the phone because this property isn’t staffed. There was a problem with a couple who was arguing and shouting until 2am the police attended. I rang the mobile number twice but no one will pick up. The next day I spoke to Chris who answered the phone he didn’t care about the problems. Encore rooms also manager Cosgrove Bed & Breakfast

Clean and comfortable room, but digital locks are a nightmare if you have had a few drinks!

Getting the hang of opening the electronic doors was a bit difficult but it was efficient. Room was clean and tidy. More than what we expected. Would have just liked an extra blanket. Towels a bit tired. Otherwise a good stay. Value for money.

Overall a great stay, wall heater is too complicated for short stays though, on or off would be great instead of complicated timers.

Room was nice, clean and modern. Greene king pub and sainsburys straight across road. Parking available. Blind let a lot of light in so take a sleep mask if you like it dark no other issues.

No channels on the TV and tried to retune in room 3, so couldn't use it other than that, all good.

Clean good value for money hotel with plenty of parking. microwave/fridge in room . recommended

The actual facilities in the room were good and clean. However BathRoom needs a bit of a paint, especially window sill, was mould around frame too. The bathroom door looked like someone had punched it so needs replacing. The man who books you in and answers the phone is a very rude man, needs some customer service training. Shame about that as convenient area for where we needed to be. Wouldn’t recommend because of him!!

The stay was good, however there was no staff to request for some more towels as we stayed for 2 night

Very clean great location next to the bath hall, not staffed but was met with key, shower not brilliant but OK small on suite but adequate overall good value would recommend for a night or two

It was advertised as 45 pound with breakfast we booked for 2 days when we woke for breakfast we was then told there was no breakfast as the place was still getting renovated we had to contact the owner on the phone to bring fresh towels our beds wasent changed and to finish our experience we woke on the Monday morning to find our car had been broken into because the front of the property was like a building site and somebody threw a brick through the window
