Staff was very friendly and helpful. Great breakfast. Room was pretty spacious and clean. Located a short walk from major destinations and several nice neighborhoods. Great stay, great location, lovely people.

Un petit hôtel dans un endroit calme pas loin des monuments à visiter. Bus au pied de l’hôtel. Métro à 150m. La chambre est grande et parfaite pour des parent et un enfant. La chambre était propre. Le personnel est très serviable. Petit dej correct et varié

Friendly helpful people, spotless room, good breakfast!

We really enjoyed our stay at Sourire. The location is great: 10-15 minutes from the Collosseum and Baths of Caracalla. The rooms were very clean (#1 priority for my wife). Breakfast was abundant, with lots of delicious desserts, and they had a couple of gluten free options (prepackaged muffins and Melba toast). No matter what time we had breakfast, there was always lots of everything. The breakfast manager Marina was amazing, very accommodating and nice, we really appreciated her hospitality, she did her job above and beyond. The reception staff, all of them, were also extremely cordial and welcoming, we felt well taken care of! We would highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Rome.

The staff were very polite and accommodating. Location of hotel in a more tranquil area after a busy day of traffic and crowds. There were many restaurants within a 10 minute walking distance to choose from.

駅から思ったよりは遠くなく、とても快適でした。 スタッフも皆さん親切で過ごしやすかったです。 アメニティは石鹸、ボディーソープ、コットン、シャワーキャップがありました。 パジャマや歯ブラシはありません。 冷蔵庫もあるので買ってきたものを冷やすこともできます。 朝食の種類も豊富でハムやチーズなどもありとても美味しかったです。 次にローマに行く際もぜひ泊まりたいです。 It was clean and tge stuffs were kind. The breakfast was delicious and had many dishes.

I chose this place during our first night in Rome on NY’s eve knowing that it’s a short walk to Circus Maximus where party and fireworks are happening. The staff is friendly and helpful, willingly suggested places to dine etc. It’s the best spot for sure if you’re looking to party like locals on New Year’s eve. We even saw all the fireworks from our 3rd floor room - nice view. The room we got is quite small but it’s to be expected in EU in general. They do provide amenity kits which is quite nice. Breakfast selection is great - offering bread, pastries, cold cuts etc. Parking is available across the street from the hotel and I even saw a spot for an electric car.
