A very nice accommodation!

This place is charming and absolutely gorgeous. The bathroom & tub were amazing! Immaculate. The staff is the real stand out-- incredibly warm, courteous and helpful. It was some of the best customer service we encountered during our entire time in Italy. Can't say enough good things. You'll be charmed by the view and the garden and the breakfast offerings. The restaurant they recommended around the corner is absolutely excellent. the people there were also warm and friendly. the town isn't very commercial but feels like a REAL place where people live and have a sense of community which wasn't true for all the towns we visited in Tuscany. We loved it.

Our experience at this beautiful hotel was exceptional. We stayed in the Presidential Suite, and it was absolutely perfect – from the luxurious Jacuzzi to the spacious, well-appointed shower. Every detail exceeded our expectations. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options, and the entire property is truly special, nestled in the charming heart of San Gemini. We had a wonderful time and can’t wait to return!

The shower was so weak the was barely any water coming out, we had to have someone at the hotel to fix the shower. The mattress was hard as a rock, I might as well have slept on the floor it was so hard and the pillows were terribly hard also. Do not recommend staying here. The only good thing was it was right next to a really good restaurant and free parking.

Personale squisitissimo, hotel stupendo, Jacuzzi in camera con vista sulla vallata perfetto. Tutto il necessario e anche di più per un soggiorno da 5*. Complimenti ci si sente super coccolati. Da ritornarci sicuramente.

Best 5star ever. They way beyond catering to your every need. The manager was on cite much of the time. His name is Dillon and I've never been to a better run hotels and we've been to hundreds of 4 and 5 star hotels in Europe. We will go back for sure. Add it to your bucket list!
