Tienen cargos ocultos y las habitaciones no estan en buen estado necesitan mejor atencion tambien la atencion al cliente es pesima

La comunicación con la administradora fue fatal, cobran un deposito y debe ser en efectivo, el aire acondicionado de la sala nunca funcionó, y los de los cuartos no enfrían lo suficiente, no había agua caliente, el jacuzzi tampoco funciono. Me hicieron un cobro adicional indebido, de tres ascensores solo funcionó uno y hasta me quedé encerrado en un elevador de esos, mejor dicho Fatal!!! nunca volveré

Staff was great. Apartment was decent, restaurants and shopping areas nearby. Good overall.

The apartment was very clean and the staff was very polite and helpful. It is in a great location and has a great view.. However... I had no hot water all week due to maintenance issues. Waiting to hear back from their relations group to see if they do the right thing and discount the stay since there were no hot showers all week.

Very nice area. The apartment was clean and cute. The towels were nice and we had all the kitchen pots and pans in good condition. The shower drain was slow and the door didn’t shut properly

One of the best locations! Beach, money exchange, variety of restaurants, supermarket, casino and more all in the same area less than a 4 minute walk to everything!

These people wants US to clean the apartment before we leave Take trash out They count one by one spoon taking long time We were 9 people and they only put 2 towels No no bad experience no more with this building

I did not like that it features free/complementary transportation shuttle to and from airport, and that is actually false, you have to pay for it. I did not like they do not provide you with additional toilet papers during your stay. I did not like that they only give you one change of clean towels throughout your stay and only if you're staying for more than 6 days. I did not like that I had several roaches in the apartment that I had to kill. I did not like that I was not able to utilize the television because it would not go past a turn on screen regardless of the maintenance person checking it. I did not like that only three two out of the three elevators worked for the entire one week say that I was there and the capacity is only six persons per elevator, so they're pretty small for 21 floor building with a lot of check-ins.

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit wunderbarer Aussicht! Der Pool mit Jacuzzi ist gepflegt und sauber. Gute Lage sehr nahe am Strand und direkt gegenüber Restaurants und Shops. Einzig die Küchengeräte sind schon älter, der Kühlschrank kühlt nicht sehr gut. Das Personal ist super nett! Die AirCondition funktioniert bestens und leise. Gerne kommen wir wieder einmal zurück!

When we checked in, it was very nice that the lady spoke English. I’ve been to Columbia nine times now and I don’t speak Spanish and very few people speak English so it was very nice that she made the effort to communicate with me when we checked in there was a Super long page to check to make sure everything was there when we checked out she was stressed about the lighter was missing which was only a two dollar lighter so I went across the street and bought a lighter so she would stop stressing about it but they charged us for Dirty in the towels and the bedsheets, but that is part of the stay of a resort usually, I’ve been traveling for 50 years and I’ve never had this. I travel all over the world and cruise ships. There were some cockroaches in the unit so they need to spray for cockroaches. They charged us a deposit for dirty in the blanket and the sheets.

The building is beautiful, the maintenance is poorly, the apartment was full of roaches, the headshower was broken and when you take a shower, was like it was raining and the entire bathroom was overflowing, the bathrooms stings to urine, they did not clean it before iur arrival, I reported about the roaches, the employee just bring us a bottle of Baygon, a chemical to kill the bugs., they never came to fix the head shower,. I won't return to this building.

Close to the beach. Staff was responsive to questions and service requests. The living room air conditioning needed to be fixed.

Staff charges you for items that weren't there to beging with. Recommend doing a meticulous inventory of everything upon arrival.

The building was nice. The apartment was spacious in a nice area. The mattresses were a little hard and I really wished there were more pillows. We could not really use one of the showers because the water leaked out and it made a big mess. Overall it was nice. That is why I gave it 4 stars.

Overall a decent stay. No cockroaches. No mold. Not extremely clean, but not dirty either. Great view, and very spacious room! All 3 elevators were working during out stay. You need to sign off on a long list of items in the apartment on check-in. A really long list. Room was worn out: floor tiles in the shower were old and broken, shower head was old. Wooden panels looked like from the 70s, not all doors would close properly. Could do with a renovation. Kitchen was well equipped. Curtains in the bedroom do not keep out a lot of light, so if you need total darkness to sleep - beware. Close to the beach. So all in all ok value for money, not bad, but also not very good.

The property was not to far from dilapidated. The apartment had roaches, very unsanitary. I was charged for soiled linen. There was no hot water , no wifi, and the water in the shower pooled; had to manually use a plunger. Electrical outlets were exposed which was a danger to our child! No AC in living room. I would never stay here again.

Good place, nice view, clean and convenient

The property was fine but there was a lot of noises because of repairs in the building. There was not washer and dryer available. They provided just one key for all the guests and there were little roaches on the kitchen.
