Stayed here for six days in early February. It was terrific. Comfortable modern room. Daily housekeeping kept everything tidy. I found it very quiet. Bathroom was great w rainshower. The windows opened and heating/air quiet and effective. Beautifully remodeled old building w lovely history. Close to grocery, city center and large harbor. Patricia was kind, helpful and non intrusive. Perfect for me.

The staff was very nice. Also, the downstairs cafe had really good desserts.

Room was nice everything went well. Was very clean. Only down side was that Parking was misleading and not provided offsite, but could be found downtown. Alsos the shower did not get too warm and the air conditioning only blew room temp air. We were able to keep windows impõem to cool it down though.

Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed.

Room was very clean. Good location just not on Friday or Saturday night. Local bar party until 5 am. Ear plugs are found on the night table.

Wonderful manager, Patricia. The studio was spacious, comfortable bed, great kitchenette and the cleaning staff were excellent!

The staff and room were fantastic. Such a clean room. Great location! Patricia was very accommodating. Allowed us to check out late which was perfect for our final half day. Great stay!

The facility is showing its age

The room was very nice but the bed was very firm. The bathroom only had one cleanser for hair and body (it would be nice if there was a conditioner). With the exception of the bed, which did not work for me or my spouse, I would recommend.

We had a large corner room on the top floor which was well equipped with a coffee maker, electric kettle, refrigerator and cooktop. The bathroom was large enough for us to be comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. We arrived very early in the morning, it was easy letting ourselves in with the code they gave us and our room keys were exactly where they said they were. Bonus is that there is a coffee shop on the first floor. We would definitely stay here again!

Enjoyed my stay here at Armazéns Cogumbreiro. We are blown away by the sights and kindness from the people in Sao Miguel. I am looking forward to my return.
