The reception was professional, friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, well equipped and cozy. Central location made everything convenient to walk to! Great stay!

The staff was kind, and quickly corrected the errors in our room (a nightstand light bulb wasn’t working). The location was also good. Parking was lacking which we already knew, but the rooms are small with poor quality materials for bedding and very little lighting.

The hotel was clean and modern with an excellent breakfast buffet. Staff were helpful with questions and reserving taxi service. Loved the location near shops and sights,…..and especially the bus stop right outside our door useful when flybus dropped us off from airport, and for excursion pickups/dropoffs

Great location as bus stop 9 is right outside hotel, so easy access to airport and tours. Breakfast was great and staff were wonderful and very helpful. Nice stay

The room was clean and comfortable. The location was great. Staff was friendly and helpful. The bedcovers were confusing.

The hotel is pretty standard and clean. The room we had was however underwhelming. There was no coffee machine, it was cramped, poorly designed and he shower didn't even have anything to hold your products or razor... We tried to pay for an upgrade, but the staff told us we already had the top room available. Overall it was fine, but it's not a 4 stars hotel (not sure how they got it).

Vi valde det här hotellet för läget och priset. Rummet hade plats för tre vuxna (med en extrasäng). Frukosten var bra. All personal var trevlig och hälsade alltid. Anslutningsbussen från flygplatsen stannade precis utanför hotellet. Det tog 7 minuter att gå till busshållplatsen för utflyktsbussarna. Vi kan rekommendera det här hotellet.

Attention si vous n’aimez pas la chaleur car les chambres sont surchauffées et un peu humides. Aucune climatisation. Il faisait 35 C dans notre première chambre. Dans la deuxième, environ 25 C.

The hotel is very conveniently located. Our rooms were clean and they were able to accommodate my request of having our 3 rooms close together. If you are staying on the second floor on the street side just be aware that there will be some noise from the bar below for a little while in the evenings. Also, we had difficulty parking pretty much every day as it was a very small lot and it filled up very quickly. At least street parking is free from 9 PM to 9 AM. The breakfast that was included was quite good with a lot of variety and fresh food available. The water pressure in the shower was not very good and none of us could figure out how to use the handheld shower head lol. There were clever little phrases printed on the walls with some Icelandic slang, and the stairs were numbered in a neat way. All in all, we enjoyed this hotel and we would stay at this property again.

Great hotel and super convenient location! From the map it looked further away from the center than it really is. It’s actually at the beginning of where the main walking streets are. Great food at LOA and plenty of other options all around. Also bus stop right outside!

Great location for picking up the tour busses throughout our stay. Breakfast was nice and allowed us to eat in the morning. We had dessert at the restaurant one night and it was a nice vibe. Overall, no complaints about this hotel.
