Staff was very kind and helpful. Great location. Nice accommodations. The ski room is a extremely well setup.

Our 4th time there, spotlessly clean rooms, friendly staff, great pool facilities, convenient for supermarket, Copina bar, ski hire and the escalator for the slopes.

Staff was not very friendly or willing to make up for a room that was not what was advertised. I stayed 4 nights; I guess housekeeping doesn't exist there? I went to the front desk to ask for soap. The layout of the facility is absolutely impossible to navigate. It is a true labyrinth with long, narrow hallways that are insufficiently labeled and there were so many unnecessary doors. I got lost each time I left the room. Getting to and from the garage is even more impossible. On a positive note, it is a short walk to a slope that gives access to the mountain base.

Hotel très bien situé (au cœur du village). Facilité d’accès. Personnel agréable et professionnel. Appartement au top.
