When I say the check in process is insane, I’m being kind. We arrived at 3p when check in is stated . They make you wait in your car in a line for about a half hour. Then they herd everyone like cattle into this hot convention room with at least 100 other people. You then have to wait for your name to be called. Then you are told to wait longer because the room won’t be ready until 430. So now we wait another hour. Then you have to go to another counter to make dinner and breakfast reservations, otherwise you can’t eat. The young man who worked behind that counter has no business working with the public , he was so so rude… All other service was good, especially the dining staff. Here’s the deal if you don’t care about anything I just said and you want to stay at a place that operates like a dirty spring break spot, this is for you. The rooms are old and poorly maintained…. The drinks are free, so free of charge, during a very picturesque sunset, we saw a man take his private out in front of women and children and urinate all over the walkway to the infinity pool. What a time we had … I’m sure you are shocked we will never return and will warn anyone that they be better off pitching a tent on the beach. It’s beyond an awesome location, but very poorly operated and managed.

Tuve un incidente que me dejó una mala impresión del servicio al cliente del hotel de Cameron. Hice una reserva por Hotels del 8 al 10 de marzo luego modifiqué las fechas por la plataforma de Hotels del 9 al 11 de marzo. El 10 de marzo en horas de la tarde me llamaron y me dijeron que aún no había entregado las llaves. Les expliqué y les mostré la evidencia de la modificación y me dijeron que aún no le había llegado de Hotels la confirmación. Me pidieron que yo debía arreglar la situación. Yo les decía que era un problema que ellos debían corregir con la plataforma y no yo. Me retuvieron por más de una hora. Finalmente después de mi insistencia se comunicaron con la plataforma y arreglaron ellos como debió ser desde un principio y no ponerme a mí a hacerlo. A la fecha no he recibido siquiera una disculpa.

Resort was always clean. Staff were helpful. We really enjoyed the Activities guy Byron Louis who led dance classes, yoga, aerobics and more in the morning. Property grounds were beautifully, always sprinkli g the water and bushes. We enjoyed the dinner restaurant. Buffet was fine.

The property it self is beautiful, but service is horrible. anytime you want to go eat or do anything you MUST have a reservation, for really bland and basic food. the hotel and pools are gorgeous. just needs better restaurants to make it more worth your stay

Most of the amenities they offer are closed, kayaking was never an option it’s closed, the drinks are really nasty, the food was alright, the staff was alright except for the rude nurse who didn’t wanna sell me medicine until I returned her rude energy, wouldn’t recommend it tbh I’m sure there’s better options. They only have one buffet restaurant available and it’s the same food everyday. On the website it says they have multiple restaurants open but it’s only the buffet and a steak house that you can’t make a reservation for bc it’s always booked up 2/5 stars

Todas las bebidas son diluidas. Solamente hay 1 clase de cerveza y nada mas un barril para la cantidad de gente que llega. La presión del agua no sirve, asi como nuestra tapadera del baño estaba dañada. El proceso de check in es lo peor. Te dicen que llegues a las 3, pero no entregan la habitación hasta las 5 pm. Las playas son rocosas, y no hay Nada que hacer alrededor del hotel. No lo recomiendo.

When arriving to your property Saturday we were told by the man at the entrance why did we not request a shuttle from the hotel and then he said we were not able to step into the property unless we paid him 100 usd each. When we asked to let us speak with the receptionist/ front desk he said he can not let that happen because we were not welcomed in because we were not in a hotel shuttle, he then proceeded to request 100 usd to step into the property to speak to receptionist or if not to leave the premises. When we refused to pay him he said to leave the drive way immediately.

Food wasn’t very good. Same options almost every night. No Uber goes to the hotel. Tough to find transportation. Beautiful views!

Very noisy at night. Party music till 2:00 a.m. We have small children. Request for an extra bottle of water for the room denied. Only one per room per day. Buffets always the same, restaurant service poor. We like to tip for good service, didn’t tip often. The pool was nice, rooms clean, beautiful location.

Very good customer service at this location Every body has a smile on their face make you feel welcome There is a salt water pool and the beach has a barrier to slow the force of the waves and make it easy and saf to enjoy the ocean.

This property it look like old property wall paint and room are old. Rooms don’t have hair dryer or iron. Hotel doesn’t provider you with no bottle waters. All the stuff super friendly . I love the stuff . The property far from any agency to take tours.

I liked the customer service they provided. Food needs improvement as there isn't much variety.

That’s ridiculous they can move the dining table for 10 people when the reservation is for 10 people.. make my family eating separate 😡😡😡 And the limit for the Steck house is close at 7:10 am when they stared at 7 … food is not good is bad for dinner

Everything was nice, except the room needs some improvements especially bathroom, plus they don’t provide hair dryer, it’s nice that they have mini fridge, all the amenities are good except the fact that we have to make reservations for restaurants (a la carte) has to be very early about 6:45 - 7:00 am to get space they really need to work with that because you’re in vacation (waking up that early) other than that is a nice place to relax.

The 2 rooms I reserved, were the superior rooms. They sent us to the tower buildings. What my family and myself like they had extra beds in the room, nice private and quiet pool side. Free drinks at the bar. Also, helpful and friendly staff. The only issues was the fridge was off and leaking created a puddle of water on the floor. There were mold around the pipes and walls. There were bug marks on the walls. The shower and sink drain took awhile for the water to drain. No shower door to close. Overall, it was a nice stay but would not recommend it with the room condition. Everything else yes.
