Amenities were great especially traveling with family. Would recommend staying here if you want to be close to the pool. The beach is near and very beautiful.

Check in was quick however they did not notify us that our room was ready as they said they would and i made several trips to the front desk to see if it was ready. I did not get a key to my room until 5pm. The property was nice and the rooms were very spacious however we didn't have hot water in our original unit and the unit we moved to had an ant infestation near the kitchen/ living room.

The property was beautifully maintained. Rooms were clean as was the various restaurants on the property.

Love the Divi Golf and Beach! Love the Pool and the Proximity to the Beach. Bartenders at the pool need to be more attentive but are Friendly and Efficient when you get their Attention. Divi should make better effort controlling “Outsiders” from using the Beach. Much more crowded than in past years! Great when you get a spot. Concierge, Zedrima Especially, are Excellent and Very Helpful! We come Every Year and is the Highlight of our Year!

My experience with this property could have been different if the stuff were more pleasant and helpful. A couple of requests were made prior to arrival and once there, we were informed that there was nothing noted in their system. No information was provided to us regarding the amenities, schedules, restaurants and trying to use their shuttle service was difficult as only 1 or 2 were in service for the whole property. I was not able to use the clothes dryer because it had a gasket or wire hanging inside the basket which ruined my daughter’s bathing suit. The access to the beach was easy and the beach was beautiful.

Our view was great and the staff was really helpful. Part of the resort was under construction and one pool was closed. It was a very short walk to Divi Beach, which was really nice. Overall, we had a great experience.

The place was perfect! The rooms were so big and the property had everything you could want. The beach was just across the street and it was perfect and clean! I loved the stay and would highly stay again!

Overall, the property was clean, well-maintained, and enjoyable. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help, which made the stay even more pleasant.

The room and service was nice for a solo traveler

Unfortunately it could be better. Very expensive stay and it’s an annoyance to commute from hotel to hotel with shuttles not going directly to and from. There was no information given at the front desk when checking in, for example, able to get a bracelet with room key, would’ve been nice to know that was an option. Overall stay was okay, rooms could’ve been cleaner. On the plus side, staff was very pleasant and they make the hotel a nice place to stay.

Aruba & Divi village resort is a beautiful place to visit and stay.

Ants in the room, smoking allowed at the pool with cigarette butts all over, bird poop on tables and chairs by the pool that don’t seem to ever be cleaned, workers outside our room at 7:15 am trimming hedges and yelling to talk over the blower and hedge clipper, food at the Windows restaurant was fair—shall I go on? The plus was the size of the villa.
