Lovely time - for the price it should include more

Enjoyed our stay at the Renaissance Ocean Suites. The staff were friendly and the pool area is beautiful! Walking distance to the marketplace shops and restaurants. Hotel shuttle to the Marina resort with less than a 5 minute wait and the downtown area is all within walking distance. Our views were amazing! 10 minute boat ride to unlimited admission to Flamingo Island. Had the best time in Aruba!

Room size is too small for a king suite

The private island is a deal breaker. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else!

The property was clean and staff were amazing. The property has absolutely no entertainment or night life. Perfect if all you’re looking for is the beach and casino. Anything else you will need to venture out.

We had a great stay on the marina adult side of the property. The hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming and the food was excellent. Would consider staying at the ocean suites next time.

We really enjoyed our stay, although I would prefer if they were upfront about the extra charges added onto the bill upon checkout that I wasn’t aware of. Besides that, everything and everyone were excellent. The private island was beautiful, from the food to the flamingos were great. Thank you!

We loved the property and facilities, but were disappointed by the lack of late check-out and the prevalence of smoking around the property. My wife is expecting our first child, so while we loved the pool area, we were avoidant of it for most of the trip because of all the smokers. We loved the Breakfast buffet, lunch options left us wanting more though. The steak house was amazing. All of the hotel employees were incredibly warm and accommodating, from the bellman to the concierge and the servers. Aruba is absolutely lovely, we will definitely return. Most likely to the family side of the Wind Creek Resort.

Hotel tem uma ótima estrutura, o grande atrativo é a ilha particular, onde os Flamingos ficam passeando o dia todo por lá, é o que justifica o alto valor da diária, tem ótimas piscinas, não tem muito estacionamento, e por ser em uma região muito movimentada, fica difícil encontrar vagas. A cama é super confortável, fornecem água, gelo e café grátis durante toda estadia. O atendimento é normal, muito sérios, gosto mais dos descontraídos. Os dias que ficamos a maré estava baixa e não havia a lamcha que leva a ilha na recepção, mas sim no porto em frente. O café da manhã não é incluso, mas tem opções inclusive na ilha. Localização muito boa, tem tudo perto, inclusive vida noturna agitada.

Everything my convenient and the staff was amazing.

Rooms were clean and roomy. The pool on the family side wasn’t all that great (we didn’t have kids so only went over to check it out) There is no actual beach at this resort, just a lagoon like swimming area. Flamingo beach was nice, wasn’t crowded during our stay. Staff were very nice and attentive. Location is nice and convenient. We went to Noord where the other resorts are and I’m glad we chose Renaissance because it is noisy up there at night. Overall great stay, drinks and food were good!

It showed me all inclusive & we call to confirm they said yes with our reservation but was not all inclusive even expedia show different pictures of property & give us sister property.

Amazing property with access to the flamingo island, courtesy staff and very good property to stay with family and easy access to the downtown and airport!

overall nice property great location. There are luxury and affordable shopping areas and restaurants in the area. The private beach was a plus. Staff friendly. There was a toilet leaking issue but they came right away and fixed it. L.G. steak house was a nice experience.
