Alt i alt et fantastisk opphold i Grand Baie, det er det beste hotellet vi har bodd på. Flotte og rene rom, god mat, fantastisk strandlinje på hotellet og rikelig med solsenger og plass i basseng. Personale var alltid smilende og behjelpelige.

Pros: Good facilities, friendly staff and broad buffet. Cons: Expensive fares, no ATM at hotel, waiter chaos at buffet

I really liked the abundance of beach/pool chairs and sitting areas. The grounds were kept nice and clean and the trees/bushes were trimmed. Unfortunately the bushes and trees outside of our patio obstructed our view of the ocean and mountains. Wish they would've been trimmed more. The different available water activities were good. My wife ended up using the pedal boat and going on the glass bottom boat. The restaurant seemed like it could've had more food and more choices for the amount of people at breakfast and dinner every day. The night time entertainment was just ok.

We loved the place, gorgeous, well situated, private beach, the staff all look after you and do an amazing job cannot fault it, and there are plenty of staff. We just found the meats a bit hard to chew, but other that the food was good, plenty of it and nice and clean, we had a balcony overlooking the pool and the sea, the round was cleaned every day. The bay watch bar was brilliant the staff brilliant, they had something on every night, would definitely go back best holiday ever.

Resort de praia, cafe da manha completo e jantar também. Quarto adequado. Na beira da praia, com boa estrutura na piscina e praia. Funcionários atenciosos, foi uma boa estadia apesar do tempo nao ter ajudado

Härligt hotell, stort med bra pooler, fin strand, nära till byn med restauranger, shopping och utflykter. Hotellrummet något slitet men rent och fräscht. Rekommenderar detta boende.

It’s a 4* hotel with a 5* service that was as good as I have experienced in a long time. All the staff were Mauritian and the difference is so noticeable that when you go to other non-Beachcomber hotels where much of the staff is seasonably imported and the standards are so poor. The location in Gran Baie was excellent for all the northern trips. The beach was nice. The A La Carte was exceptional. But the best benefit was you could use all the facilities and restaurants of the local sister hotels Viktoria & Canonier that were superb and where everything was equally as good. The restaurants were all magnificent. We loved our stay at the Mauricia and will use Beachcomber again when we return to the La Morne area in a couple of years.

Service minded personell. To warm swimming pools, at least one of them could be cooled down. The food could be more variable

Le personnel est aux petits soins avec les clients. Propreté irréprochable. Merci à Richard, Najib, Parodee pour toutes leurs gentilles attentions et bien d’autres dont je n’ai pas retenu les noms…. Le personnel de la réception et la Direction de l’hôtel ont été très à l’écoute de nos demandes et des plus aimables.

Kompletter Reinfall.. die Zimmer sind schrecklich und gehören dringend erneuert. Außerdem war es auch nicht sauber. Das Essen war auch schlecht. Ein schlechtes Hotel & dann auch noch teuer. Würden wir nie mehr buchen.

Sehr, sehr gutes Essen. Das Personal ist super freundlich. Tolle Sport Möglichkeiten außer der Beachvolleyball Platz. Ich habe mich nach 2 Minuten bereis am herausragenden Beton Sockel der Netzstangen verletzt! Viele Gäste wollen spielen aber das Netz hängt nur kurze Zeit mittags dort. Es gibt keinen richtigen Volleyball! Der Sand ist so grob und hart, dass es jeden Tag Verletzungen gab!

Der Aufenthalt war insgesamt gut, allerdings wirkte es teilweise etwas unstrukturiert und ohne Durchblick, da wir z.B. versehentlich vor 6 Uhr einen Weckruf erhielten und auch am Abreisetag der Zimmerservice vor Check-Out Zeit ins Zimmer wollte. Manches Personal war über freundlich, anderes hingegen eher unfreundlich. Als wir einchecken wollten, wurden wir gefragt, ob wir überhaupt reserviert haben, was wir als sehr unhöflich wahrnahmen. Für den Preis, war die Erfahrung daher eher mittelmäßig.

Prima hotel.

This is a lovely property. My room overlooks the beach. It was fascinating to watch the harvest of the coconut trees. The cleanliness of the relaxing areas is such a bonus. I can’t recommend this place more strongly

Beautiful place to unwind & relax The Staff were very friendly & always ready to assist and made us feel welcome. The open buffet was very nice & the variety of food was also great.
