Beautiful beach for swimming and snorkelling. Loved going out on the catamaran with Ryan from the watersports. Room very comfortable and the sea view was breathtaking. Reception staff were very warm and efficient at check in and check out.

Our room was always clean daily and rveningturn down service, AC had funny smell, our fan had rattle which was fixed same day,

O atendimento é lento . As pessoas não são muito simpáticas . Desde a pessoa que recepciona no café , a pessoa do check in . Falta cordialidade , simpatia . Fizemos o check out , não conseguiram resolver a conta e ficaram de mandar por e-mail , o estorno da garantia . O quarto que ficamos a beira mar é muito bom . O cardápio é bem reduzido e em vários momentos do dia 15h não se consegue mais comer na praia e o restaurante da piscina não tem quase nenhuma opção . Restando o serviço de quarto .

This is a four, not five star hotel. The staff are very friendly but the property is becoming run down/ the location is lovely and quiet. All the rooms face the ocean and we enjoyed our balcony. The restaurant needs a more varied menu, but there are lots of restaurants to try. Nothing much in the way of walking but there’s a bit. They need to bring down the price of the room, though, since I was paying Four Seasojs price but without the quality. But as said, staff is very friendly and helpful. The property isn’t as advertised on their website since they show multiple restaurants on site - seems like they are in transition. I stil enjoyed my stay. But I won’t go back until the property is revamped.

For a Fairmont 5-star rating it was terrible breakfast was very limited grounds were not too tidy staff was way too slow they ran out of food and drinks at breakfast for the amount of money we paid it was a terrible experience

We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation at Fairmont Royal Pavilion! It is a beautiful property right on the beach, very well maintained and staffed. Everyone we saw and spoke with was extremely respectful, professional, helpful, positive and pleasant. Staff went above and beyond in all areas of guest service!!

I think the property was great with good services and attentive workers. However , i feel it was bit overpriced not just for the room also for any extra services we were considering. As result we ended up doing lots of dining outside of the pavillio. And to our surprise we noticed other doing the same. Lol. Amazing 👏
