Breakfast has so many options and staff at the checking are very pleasant

Poor security - allowed a man to dragged into hotel foyer and beaten in front of guest having dinner, leaving blood all over the floor. Wi-Fi does not work in the rooms, internet in general extremely slow. Staff are more concerned chatting to each other and on their mobile phones than serving guests

The hotel was great but some amenities there are not working well I will rate it 6/10 I believe they can do better.

The pictures do not reflect reality on the ground. room had a foul odor. no bellman to carry luggage upstairs. spraying room with disinfectant spray did not help with odor so ended up switching hotels

There was nothing unpleasant about my stay; Internet worked reasonably well, breakfast was fabulous and dinner was alright too.I loved the facts that there is plenty of fruits and vegetables served all meals! The lift has a permanent fault where it stop automatically going down on the first floor ALL the time. This little annoyance ought to be repaired.

If you have work or meetings in Plateau then this hotel is convenient for the value. I was disappointed with the quality and the selection of the buffet breakfast compared to 2 years ago (prior to Covid19). The buffet was poor overall.

Breakfast was disappointing from two years ago. The overall quality and selection were poor. The dinners as well was poor quality and limited selection.

What this property lacked in the full-service amenities that I am used to, they made up for in service. The staff was always so accommodating. They all spoke English. They were all very pleasant and always helpful. It is centrally located. Everything I needed was a walk or short taxi away.

This Ibis serves its purpose, located in Plateau. If you have business in and around there this hotel can work. Floors 2 and 7 for rooms are okay, but in between are not okay. It is a very dated Ibis. Food is okay, over priced for what it is and service can be very poor at times. If you like Ibis or Accor hotels in general try the Ibis Marcory location, it is slightly better. Rooms are never very clean, tvs can be bad reception, have found hair on table and bathroom. I have stayed here many times now. They have a lot of work to do for improvements. Overall, just okay, location is key here if you have work in Plateau.

Clean, secure hotel. Perhaps the desks in the rooms could be refurbished.

Most of the staff speak nothing but French. They are not very friendly, especially the shuttle drivers, until you tip them when they suddenly shine. Also during my second day there, no body cleaned my room by the time I had returned at 5:00 pm. I like IBIS hotels in general, because they have very comfortable beds.

Rooms and bathrooms very clean. Didn’t like the fact that there’s no room service. Room was basic, no kettle or teacups.
