Quiet family stay. staff were fantastic, apartments spacious and clean

The hotel wanted to charge us for breakfast even though your website stated that it is included. I contacted hotels.com via email and customer service page. I didn't hear any news back. Not sure how it was solved, but hotel let us have breakfast the following two mornings without problems.

Communication gap between expedia and Hotel. Had to raise a complain through expedia website. Got quickly resolved.

The good, it's clean, rooms are big, super cheap rated, free water and breakfast The bad, wifi not great, lukewarm showers, only one towel, a/c only marginally works, breakfast is terrible

with the rates at this hotel it is really good deal and could be better than more than other expensive hotels. A bit old but clean and close to shopping centers and calm location.

Friendly and very helpful staff both in reception and in resturant.

We returned to the Safeer Hotel after 4 years. Most of its characteristics were the same but it was a pleasant surprise that the rooms were refurbished.

I found the room a bit aged and dark but the staff helpfulness makes up for that. It is not located close to any of the tourist sites but has a supermarket and bakery right next door.

値段は、それなりに高いが従業員の対応も良く、近くに食堂もある。 また、部屋は広くてだいぶゆったりと使える。 市内には、同じ名前のホテルがもう一軒存在するため、外出の際にはホテルのアドレスカードをもらうことをお勧めする。

아파트식 호텔은 처음가보는데 무지넓고 좋았어요. 거실도 크고 방도 넓고 전실공간도 만족스럽구요. 다만 프론트가 친절하지못하지만 별 문제는 없구요.저렴한것또한 큰장점이구요. 가격대비 대만족입니다.
