Looked good in the pictures, lobby stank of smoke. Room was half competed, needed a face lift. Also, said it was a apartment, it was not. No plug sockets (broke or wrong charger) and room to next door locked with a stool against the door. Shocking!

Very poor conditions of hotel, only street parking and room was very dirty
