Rating & Review Keseluruhan St Kitts Marriott Beach Resort, Casino & Spa

This was my second time staying at the Marriott in St Kitts. Overall it was a good experience. Only issue is that after spending my first night the next morning while I was laying in bed someone walked into my room apparently there was a mix up with the system and they gave someone else the keys to my room when he was checking in. I was shocked by this but didnt make it to much of an issue. They gave me a $75 credit for the inconvenience.

Do not stay here. Terrible hotel. Terrible and lazy staff and management Dirty. Nothing works in rooms. Yet they charge super high prices and DO NOT CARE WHEN YOU COMPLAIN. When I asked for anything it never was brought to room. Nothing worked. The hot water machine in room, the air con, the refrigerator, the tv all non functional. When I said to a manager please come to my room so you can see they came with 2 police type security as if I a 59 yr old lady was a criminal. Appalling. The pool water dirty. Horrible crash hotel. When I asked for a partial refund they gave me only $100 for this treatment. Shame on Marriott who only cares about their collection of our money.

Hotel room has bed bug infestation. I have two dozens of bed bug bites after staying here. Reception told me to just use aloe vera after I reported it.

The property and staff was good. The hotel was mostly empty when I was their. One thing I didn't like is that the beach was full of seaweed and no one was cleaning up for you to have access to the water. And it smells.

The property is beautiful and filled with things to do. Several large pools, 3 different restaurants, plus outdoor dining. We had a wonderful time here. We especially enjoyed the balcony, which was surprisingly private.

staff friendly and helpful varieties of activities... didnt like you couldnt get fun after hours unlkess room service...

Little coffee and milk provided in the room .When you go to a top rated hotel you are need pampered. Simple little things; no cups or coffee in room no maids service on Sunday You can tell I was very unhappy when I had to go down stairs. Twice Otherwise a lovely stay. I would never go back again

Property was clean. room service/cleaning crew was prompt and provided adequate towels and other amenities.

Hotel is nice. Could use a little maintenance. Fix the little broken things, like the foot wash at the beach, the ice machines, the broken drain in the shower. A store on property that is open later than 6pm would be nice. What I don’t like is the hassling from the Royal gems people trying to get you to buy jewelry. Out on the streets I get it, but in the hotel you shouldn’t be bothered by that stuff

Beautiful resort and great service

It is a short ride from the airport. It is located not far from the Strip. The resort is quiet with a lovely beach. The property is well maintained. I did have one issue. The floor in our room was visibly dirty when we arrived. I waited two day for it to be cleaned. It was not. I had go to the front desk & ask for it to be cleaned. The room was well cleaned for three days. On our last day they dropped the ball. The room was not cleaned. Bed was never made up, nothing restocked, no clean towels. I don't know if it was a short staffing issue, but I expected more from Marriott.

Nice place - need to work on getting hot water system in good working order - a couple days it wasn't working well

Staff was good except for promised dinner reservations from the concierge (twice) that weren’t made.

Unwelcoming staff, you walk in and no one says hi. They charged my stay twice because I booked last minute and the system didn’t register the payment. Staff at check-in didn’t spot this. In-room balcony fencing is made of plastic, poor quality furniture and products in the room too.
